1 /5 Laura P: Dr. on duty Saturday morning was rude and incompetent. Said my 8mo granddaughter had a head cold and was cutting teeth. Did nothing. Daughter kept insisting something was wrong because granddaughter acted like she was struggling to breathe and was in pain. 3 days later when no better, took her to her pediatrician. Guess what...pneumonia, severely swollen throat, severe left ear infection, right ear infection, and very dehydrated.

Answered all my questions and informed me about my tests and when to expect the results. Discharge paperwork was easy to understand and very thorough. 1 /5 Shelly Priest: If I could put a zero I would the PA is so unprofessional liseal connelly I believe was her name. Rude, ugly look on her face and very short, wont let you get a word in egde wise. I have been in this field for many years and if I ever worked with someone that acted like this I would quit in a heartbeat. My lord hire someone that has a personality and a bed side manner, she has none at all. Horrible Horrible experience.

george young: Staff is wonder, pleasant and extremely nice . The doctor on the other hand has a superiority complex. You can’t ask him questions with out it being a problem. You can’t ask for recommendations with out him catching an attitude and threatening to stop treatment. It feels like how dare you ask him a question about anything . Just do what what he says and get out of his office type of attitude. Because of this treatment, ill never return to this neurologist.

Jay Francis: I am writing this review to applaud a new face that I am hoping this center keeps. My grandmother receives treatment here. & due to her not being tech savvy, she asked me to write a review for her. The valet man whose name is Damon I believe is such a breath of fresh air. He goes out of his way to open doors for not only my grandmother but myself as well. He always greets us with the biggest smile! He makes me feel like my grandmother is in good hands. While also making her feel as though there’s light at the end of the tunnel with his uplifting words & upbeat attitude. He makes sure to ask if we have any wheelchairs, walkers, or bags that need to be taken down. It feels as though we are at a fancy hotel! This is some of the best service that we’ve had in a while. Kudos to you Mr. Damon for your willingness to work, for your respectfulness, for your positivity, & most importantly your ability to make the beginning of my grandmother’s day better! She is usually down before treatments but lately she has been more hopeful due to Damon’s aura at the start of her day.

Louise Smith: The staff was some of the nicest, courteous, and respectful staff I have had the pleasure of knowing. They treated my pain appropriately. Physical Therapy was able to get me up and walking. I would recommend them to everybody. PAM is the best rehab facility.

Kelley Martin: Why do they tell us to come thirty minutes early and then make us wait 2 hours (and counting)for our scheduled appointment? Why do they ask you to fill out forms online/take pictures and it doesnt help or stream-line the process?? I assume its incompetence from the top, all the way to the bottom. I couldve driven to Houston, been seen, and almost be back home by now, and I wouldnt have to wait a fraction as long. If youre going to charge my insurance full price for your services, then you should have some modicum of the time, otherwise, we should be given a discount. There wasnt even a spot to sit in the waiting room. You will never change my mind that this operation is just a way to scam people/insurance out of money. In conclusion, if youre reading this, and you need to see a specialist, dont waste your time. Houston Methodist would NEVER show such disdain for their patients, and they see sooo many more. Do better, Christus.

Kori Kuritz: I was not really happy with Dr Musa when I first became a patient. After about a year, Ive found hes caring, considerate, he listens, and hes funny if you want to joke with him. I also have a special needs daughter who sees him, and hes just wonderful with her. Weve been a patient of his for 4 yrs. now. Just steer clear of his NP, Lauren. He has more than one though, in case you need an appt sooner than he can see you.
