5 /5 Brad Browning: Great Dr. And really great staff. New clinic is going to be really nice. It is going to have 6 bbn exam rooms. And Handicap parking. Should be open for your pets in about 6 months.

5 /5 Molly Rook: Awesome first visit! We have a new Great Pyrenees puppy that we brought in to be checked out. Dr. B spent a lot of time with us answering questions and making sure we were taken care of and the support staff were all helpful and accommodating too. We definitely found our FURRR-ever vet office :)

5 /5 Wayne: Dr Manning has been taking excellent care of my 5 dogs over the past 7 years. He has saved some of their lives repeatedly. Issues ranging from snake bite, skin cancer, kidney disease, and more. Even animal diet and weight loss. John and his friendly staff, in my opinion, through extensive knowledge and experience, have earned my trust and confidence in them.

5 /5 Crystal Gayle: Dr. Manning and his visiting surgeon saved my cats life. My cat Winston was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor that killed one of his kidneys, both had to be removed. Other animal hospitals in Dallas were quoting me between $7000-$11,000. A price that was unrealistic and devastating to hear.They did the surgery for a lower cost and at a fair price. My cat Winston is my best friend and I can not thank them enough.

1 /5 Teri S: I had been using this clinic since Dr. Gregg owned it. He was an amazing vet who cared deeply about his customers and his pets. I thought the same of Jon until recently. I have ALOT of animals and as one can imagine, it does get expensive so I try to save money where I can and was getting meds from Chewy for my dogs. I sent in the refill request to Chewy and they stated that the clinic had denied the refill. I called the clinic and the girl who answered stated that they didn’t allow meds they carried in the clinic to be filled elsewhere. I said, huh. Is this a new policy? She said yes, it is. I then said well I guess I will have to find a vet who allows this. NOT ONCE did she say they would price match. I called to get my records transferred to the new vet and needed something else so tried to call back for two days but kept getting a busy signal. Didn’t think too much about it until I went to ask on their Facebook page if their phones were down only to find that I had been blocked from their Facebook page and my phone number blocked from calling their office hence the busy signal. I could call from any other number but my own! This is extremely petty and ridiculous. Very unprofessional and when I asked the office manager about why I was blocked she stated that I was rude which is absolutely not the truth. I am unsure what the girl who answered the phone told them but I wasn’t rude when I asked if it was a new policy and then stated that I guess I would have to find another vet that allowed it which would have given her ample time to say, well we I’ll price match for you. Wasn’t said and now the unprofessionalism of blocking me when they have the records for my animals is astounding. I had to call from another number because they didn’t give me all of my records and the other vet needed them. Very unprofessional and will never recommend them to another soul!
