1 /5 Justin Hamilton: Was recommended to this shop cause supposedly they were ‘’HONEST’’ and it turned out to be nothing but lies. They diagnosed my pick up and gave me a diagnostic on it stating I needed all these parts installed because they ‘’checked them’’ and they checked out bad. All the parts they mentioned were less than a month new and I knew this and told them, the man upfront with the funny eyes told me that he doesn’t know but the mechanic said they need to be changed and couldn’t explain why. They preceded to give me my bill and I payed and quoted me for repairs. Since they didn’t have knowledge of why new parts were supposedly bad I took it elsewhere and the guy connected his scan tool, opened the hood, and showed me two unplugged connectors, he connected them back and cleared my light and my pick up has all its power back. I can’t imagine how many other people have been getting robbed by their fake diagnostics. That is not a way to make money. Don’t get robbed by these guys people they had my truck a couple days so there is no excuse why they gave a fake diagnostic.
