Mike: I feel like the work could be done faster. You have 2 bays and 2 workers. Why only utilize one bay? One individual is draining the oil while the other man is standing in front of the car drinking coffee, Im assuming waiting for the oil to drain? 3 cars waiting for an oil change, I think of ways to make my job done faster and efficient. Use both bays and get cars moved out quicker. You literally remove the drain plug and oil filter, its not that difficult to NOT get cars mixed up.
