Alves Lane Park - New Braunfels (TX)

1 /5 Kassie Poindexter: Hard to call this a park. It looks like a couple of empty lots that are not maintained. There was some litter and the "grass" was spotty and ill maintained

1 /5 Philly Boi: Its really sad how much of a waste this lot is they call it a park but its just a field with 2 trees and a bench someone made and put there,would be a perfect place for a park, sports court, or anything they can build all these neighborhoods around it but cant just throw up something little for the community.

1 /5 Hogan Richard: In all fairness it isnt a "park" yet. Right now its a construction site for the roadworks equipment. But when Alves Lane is done it should be pretty nice. The only thing is its directly under high power lines so if youre sensitive to electromagnetic fields---beware.

2 /5 Amanda Padilla: Literally had no idea this was a park I thought it was just someones empty overgrown lot. There is a little bench by some trees in the back. Hopefully someday they build a playground.
