3 /5 Art D.: well I dont want to leave a negative review because all in all its a good location it just needs help on customer service..I like to go to BK sometimes cause I really like the bacon king it just rules the nest, the place is clean Including the restrooms but when I walk into a fast food establishment and im at the counter and stand there for a few minutes and dont get acknowledged then it gets a bit weird, one person running drive thru and he also runs dining room id be a bit frustrated also but even so all you have todp is say, sir ill be with you in just a moment it changes everything cause I be like, no problem take ur time....communicating with ur customers determines what kind of attitude its going to create with your customer and if acknowledged he or she will more than likely be ok waiting for a few minutes as you get caught up Versus looking at them and turning ur back to them which you now have frustrated customers that arent patient..so whats the better option?
