5 /5 Pete Larson: Great shop, my daughter is a student at UTD and is all alone in Plano. She had some car issues and having heard how great of a shop Fifth Gear is she set an appointment. Their drop off location is super convenient for her. Once they inspected the vehicle they were able to send me pictures and videos so I could understand and make an educated decision on what to do. Jake was very helpful and worked with me to make sure she was safe and how to proceed repairing the vehicle. I feel much better now knowing she has a shop she can count on to keep her older car running. Thanks again.

My husband was out of town when our car needed to be fixed, and within 48 hours not only did they fix the car with excellence, they also *for free* drove our car out of town, parked it in my garage for me, and when I got off of work it was there waiting for me. My husband and I have used many auto places in the past in the lifetimes of our various vehicles, and nobody compares to their service. They did an outstanding job. They are extremely professional, empathetic (as car situations are NEVER convenient), and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that all their customers receive top notch service. We are so grateful we found them!

5 /5 Red Baron: I have done prior alignments here for my track car and daily driver. The service always goes above and beyond. They take a close look at all of your fluids, test your battery, brake pads thickness, tire pattern wear and photos to support all the findings. They make suggestions of things that need to be done urgently or that can wait, but should be done soon. The manager and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough.

The team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issues clearly and provided a detailed estimate before any work was done, which I really appreciated. The service was completed on time, and my car is now running better than ever. They even went above and beyond to book me a ride when I dropped my car off with them. 5 /5 Jessica Bradford: 10/10 - Do recommend. I worked primarily with Jake, who is the best, but Chris was also extremely helpful, communicative, and kind. I had tons of questions and Jake was willing to answer all of them. I have an old beater car, but they treated it like it was valuable. They made several recommendations, but I never felt forced into paying for a service I didn’t want, and they made it easy to understand what was needed versus what was recommended. They were also very transparent with pricing, so I knew exactly what I would pay BEFORE I agreed to any work being done. Then, to top it all off, Dave called me to make sure my car was doing well after they had made repairs. Dave was kind, funny, and made it feel like the company really cared about me as an individual, not just as a customer. This company and its team are awesome. You won’t regret taking your car here.
