1 /5 October Exotics: If anyone reads this and still goes to this horrible excuse of a practice, you have been warned and what happens, well.....happens. Do yourself a favor and run the other way.
Just made a phone call to have them fax info to my place of work at noon today. Quick, easy and painless 5min phone call where I gave them a number to fax it to, the name of my employer and then thank and have a good day. That was the extent of the call.
I call back at 2:30ish because I forgot to schedule my monthly appointment and Im told Ive been discharged earlier today just after the call ended. This employee then told me the person I called prior filed a complaint for, "being disrespectful to office staff." Which never happened, they have no proof of, and wont even let me dispute these false and completely fabricated claims, from this "office worker" that I assume has gotten most of the other one star reviews.
They basically told me they couldnt care less, that my notification is in the mail and they will not see me even though I still need a refill. They completely refused to give me any references to other practices and to be available for 30 days after discharge, which is all LEAGALLY required of them. So now, I have no primary care/pain management/metal health provider to see me and I have to scramble to find another physician that I find suitable and that wont change the medication I take. All while theyve just washed their hands of these, what has to be unlawful, actions that theyve taken. Who knows if Ill ever hear back to make right of this situation and hopefully help that "office worker" accountable for her actions or if this practice will ever pay for the complete lack of care for a patient or refusal to give legally required info/assistance.
DO NOT THINK COME TO THIS PRACTICE!
