1 /5 Shaun Lush: The employees who work here do not care, most of them act agitated/annoyed and it is extremely difficult to get appointments made and get medication. I have run out of my medication twice already because the phones send me straight to voicemail and they do not check or do call backs. I only just switch to the Lewisville location but I am going back to Denton Mhmr because the people in Denton actually care about their patients.

1 /5 Militza arenas: Horrible experience. The first time I came here every thing was great. A few years down the road and everything went down hill. Since enrolling again around May Ive only seen my Dr once. They scheduled an appointment and confirm the date. Came for the appointment and they had changed it t to the previous day without informing me so I missed it and now the Dr cant see me until next month but I wont be able to refills on my medication without seeing the Dr so Im screwed. Definitely stay away from this place.

1 /5 Thai S: They seriously need to improve their scheduling system and their communication amongst each other. After 2 stand-by appointments (which took them hours to tell me the original patient came to their appointment and I was no longer on stand-by) I was scheduled a date SPECIFICALLY for ME, NOT another stand-by, and when I came in on MY TIME AND DAY, I was told I had nothing available for me. The lack of efficiency and communication between the Doctors and the front desk is severely messy, I believe that is why their appointment setting is sloppy. 1 /5 Lenore D: Awful experience. Staff was clearly overworked, disorganized, and ill-informed on treating severe trauma patients. They will twist your words, they will isolate you and intentionally trigger you. This has been the most traumatizing experience Ive ever had in a health care setting. I will thank Jesus everyday that I will never be in or apart of this system designed to assault and harass our weakest members of society.
