1 /5 Diane Davis: Worst experience ever. Didnt know what they were doing. Their sign said appointments would be seen first walk ins after. Well I had an appointment but because they knew every walk in that came in they saw them before me. DO NOT go here. Also they couldnt figure out if I needed to see a dr or just a nurse. What was so hard about asking for a wellness check I do not know.

Juicey Gee Gee: I had an appointment with the hematology department Monday November 11th. I got there several minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment..the intern came to the room I was waiting in to see her..she chatted with me for a few minutes, said I will be back that she needed to speak to her supervisor. She literally left me in a freezing cold room for well over 1hr. Never came to check on me nor explain what I was waiting for. She and her supervisor returned together no apology for leaving me unattended for a very long time nor did the supervisor help me understand what was going on with my blood in a way I could understand. She also rushed right back out the door on to the next patient.I certainly felt like just a number and that was the worst day of my life since receiving services from Harris Health.

They were both extremely helpful and made the sign in process fairly easy for me. I only waited about 10 minutes before being called in to be seen. The staff in the back were also extremely nice and friendly. The staff and Doctor had so much patience with me and were very considerate. I will definitely be back if Im not feeling good!
