jerry clark: Just got off the phone with Hillary. She was very nice and accommodating. Today i made the first payment of 12 for a service I should not be responsible for. This is the second review for this company and I will leave a new review for every payment till its paid off. I have tried 10 times with the business office to get my colonoscopy covered by my insurance. They coded it wrong and now im stuck paying for there mistake. I talked to my insurance company and it was covered 100% except St Lukes coded it wrong. St Lukes is terrible to deal with and if you have a choice go elsewhere. They refuse to fix there mistake so Im forced to pay 1400 for there mistake. Go elsewhere if you can they will rip you off as well. I will leave this same review again next month. Terrible.

Y S: Horrible service the Admission and Discharge coordinator is also the supervisor and shes never available to speak with family members in regards to the patients there. This place should be closed down by the state.
Mark A. Johnson, MD - Conroe
    Mark A. Johnson, MD
Amy Howard: Dr. Johnson is an excellent surgeon with wonderful bed side manners. He was very attentive to my concerns and very thorough in his explanations. Most of all, he is a very nice person who really cares about his patients. Best of all I experienced very little pain after my hernia surgery.

Glenn Dulaney: Was told that I would be admitted overnight because my caretaker couldnt get back until the next morning because she was exhausted from the past week. I ended up being released and had to wait in the waiting area for more than twelve hours because I was stuck there. My insulin pump connection came out and I had to keep going and giving some insulin every two hours to try and bring it back down. Until I was released, I got excellent help. But when I was stuck for an indefinite period of time, your rating went d.
    Dr. John Adiet - Conroe
    Dr. John Adiet
Alicia Quiroz: Dr. Adiet is a great doctor and is very knowledgeable. The office, however, is very disorganized and he never ceases to be late to every appointment I’ve had with him. I’ve also had two virtual visits and he has been at least an hour late. Shows lack of care for patients and their time. The ladies in the office are nice but they also lack organization. I’ve had to remind them twice to send my labs over so they could be ready in time for my appointments. I’ve tried several times hoping the outcome would be different and every time has been a disappointment. Have since decided to part ways.

David Voncannon: Very sketchy place. I was supposed to have a colonoscopy done there, but when I tried to find out when the appointment would be, they initially told me that the day my doctor wanted was not scheduled yet and they would call me when they do. This was a week away from when it was supposed to happen. Finally, 3 days before it was supposed to happen, they call to get my medical history. I told the girl right then that I still did not know when it would be and would not commit to anything till I know what my estimated out of pocket would be. She then went on to say that it could be this, or that, but they cannot tell me because it all depends on what anesthesia they are using that day and what the doctor finds. This is a violation of federal law that states that they have to give us an solid good faith estimate before a procedure. Obviously, feeling uncomfortable, I told the girl to cancel any procedures. She said okay. Well, this morning, the day they wanted to do the procedure they call me wondering where I was. I told her this was canceled days ago and that I had never even been given a time of when it would be. She said that there was no record of that call. How is that possible? The only reason I am posting this review is because of how shady this place seems to be. To not know when a procedure will be a week before it is ridiculous. To not be able to give a straight answer on cost is also illegal and sets up patients for a surprise bill in the mail.
