1 /5 Daniela Aguilar: I went there for a alignment and they told me I have to change a bolt to be able to do the alignment and yet the bolts are $10 each and Henry wanted to charge me $125 per bolt to be able to do the alignment. This people have tried to rip me off 3 times already .

1 /5 Ricardo Avilez: I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent experience I had at your establishment. I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to address the issues I encountered. Approximately two weeks ago, I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, I experienced a severe death wobble shortly after, which led me to return for further inspection. I was informed that the issue stemmed from the drag link. I am left wondering why this problem was not identified during the initial alignment service. I attempted to seek a refund for the service, but was informed that it had been completed satisfactorily. In my opinion, this does not align with the standard of service I expect, and I believe there is room for improvement in addressing underlying issues during such critical maintenance tasks.

1 /5 Danielle Patmon: I spoke with a lady on the phone in the front who was rude to me when I asked her about receiving a receipt from a service they performed on my vehicle less than one year ago. I informed her that I needed a copy of this receipt for me to file a claim under my warranty and she told me and I quote “I don’t know what to tell you, ma’am”, and proceeded to speak to the owner about me and thought that I was on mute but I wasn’t and heard the conversation. I would never take my vehicle to this place ever again. And they also don’t keep records so if you got your car serviced a year ago, good luck getting any information. She told me to take a screenshot of my Groupon for proof, but I told her I need the mileage which is on the receipt that she gave me and she proceeded to tell me she “doesn’t know what to tell me or to do to help me”. So now my warranty company is going to have to call this office directly so that they can let them know that they do not keep records for any car that comes to their shop. Just wanted to leave this here and I am not a person that ever does reviews good or bad, but this was a terrible experience. Editing my review: it hasn’t been a year. July of last year is the service date. You weren’t willing to help at all. I also called the IRS and all mechanical shops that fall under that code, must keep records for at least 4 YEARS!! I will be reporting this place of business to the IRS and better business bureau because no records on file is absolutely absurd.
