5 /5 William Jeffries: Ichiban Autos did a great job. I have a extended warranty Ally and they were able to get my repairs taken care of with them and no unexpected cost but my deductible. Dave & Ray kept me up to date and informed, The Warranty company sent out a inspector to verify the recommended repairs my truck needed. So ended up taking longer on there part. I had a large dent in my rear bumper from somebody backing into me, they have a body shop there as well and emailed me a estimate. I had them fix it and it turned out perfect. Ichiban Auto went above and beyond for me with the extended warranty company and making my truck look brand new again. If there was a higher rating I would give it. Recommend them to anybody. Thank you again and see you for future repairs.

5 /5 Crystal Holland: My husband and I had our 2013 Camaro sitting in the garage for about two years. My husband and I took it to Ichiban and had a full inspection done and found the issues on my Husband steering wheel that two other shops could not figure out. Ichiban handled our car with care and Even went above and beyond what we initially requested to have done it shows that they really care about the product and the quality that they are delivering. My husband and I appreciate everyone at Ichiban autos and will continue to have our car services with them

5 /5 Tristan Decker: Our 2012 Sedonas AC went out a week before we were scheduled to take a road trip! I tried one local shop first thing in the morning, and they wouldnt even look at it until the following week. I headed to Ichiban and had a diagnosis before lunch! Dave, at Ichiban, did his best to save us some money (repairing only what was broken instead of replacing an entire wiring harness), and Im pleased to say we stayed cool all through our road trip!

5 /5 Alan Heptinstall: My new favorite auto shop. I took my older Subaru to Ichiban after getting an expensive estimate someplace else. They inspected my car and discussed all the recommended repairs with me in detail. Once they began work, Ray kept me updated about progress with daily phone calls. I had most of the recommended work done and still walked out with a smaller bill than I would have had paying for one of the two repairs at the other place. I’m very happy with the work they did and will be giving them more work in the future.
