Daniela Aguilar I went there for a alignment and they told me I have to change a bolt to be able to do the alignment and yet the bolts are $10 each and Henry wanted to charge me $125 per bolt to be able to do the alignment. This people have tried to rip me off 3 times already .

Branston Rush My wife & I broke down in Wichita Falls, four hours from home with what we didnt know was a bad fuel pump. Cody came out to get everything diagnosed and possibly have to haul it back home. Numerous variables and trying to figure out what would be best for our situation had us stressed to the max. Thankfully Cody was able to get us back on the road while offering hospitality at its best. Patient, knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and down to earth. Heidi Wallace We were 5hrs into our 10hr trip to pick up a horse and our diesel started to overheat and of course it 5 oclock on a Friday and everything was closed. We started looking for a repair shop that would be open on Saturday and thats when we found Codys place thats open 24hrs. Cody answered right away when we called and asked if were able to drive the truck a few miles to his and he would meet us there. We pulled up at 5:30 and he was right behind us. Cody found a crack in the radiator. He ran got the parts and fixed our truck while we wait and got us back on the road. If you need help while in the area give Cody a call. His prices are grest too!!! I wish we had someone like Cody close to us.

Sharon Symonds This repair shop is absolutely Amazing! Ive used them several times for jobs big and small. They are kind and professional. Mr Brad has always made me feel comfortable and wasnt out to screw me over. He showed me the problem, ordered the parts for me if needed and took care of the problem in a timely manner. They also have a free shuttle. I appreciated the ride home. I highly recommend.

Che Mr Joel was very nice and extremely reasonable working with me on pricing. He was very upfront about what was wrong with my car and referred me to another wonderful man who extended his services and my car was running the next day. A B Roel has been my families go to mechanic for years. His hands are blessed!! Hes very knowledgeable, professional, and has years of industry experience. He knows his stuff. If you take your car to him for repairs, its in good hands. And no rip offs hes ethical.

Michael Zukerman My first experience w/Jewel and it was a very good one. All I needed was an oil change but I had never been to Jewel before and wasnt sure what to expect. Ryan got me in fast and back out in short order. I will use them again when needed and Ive driven by there a thousand times and have no idea why Ive overlooked them all this time. KAREN M Roy & his staff of mechanics are terrific. They have John solid good work on my Mercedes. They work for a fair price and get the job done. They have no control over unavailable or discontinued parts; So sometimes work can take a little bit longer. You would find that in any shop, even a dealership service center. I do not hesitate to recommend Roy and NORA’s foreign car repair. I have taken my car there for 10 years. They never disappoint.

kelli mitchell Response to their reply: I went in to have my car towed to another facility to have it fixed. He told me my car was repaired, which is why I took it out of town. HE TOLD ME THE CAR WAS FIXED BUT JUST ADMITTED HE LET ME TAKE IT KNOWING THAT THE LEAK WASN’T FIXED. Long story as short as I can make it. Dropped my car off on a Friday. Called three times To find out what was going on with it. Was told all three times somebody would call me in a little bit because it was hooked up to their computer. No phone calls back. BTW His wife is the one answering the phone. He stated, “What can I do?” when told no one phoned me back. Go to pick it up Saturday to have it towed somewhere else for the repair and I’m told it’s fixed. They did not get my approval for the repair and were not going to let me take my car. I paid them and told them if it didn’t break down in the next week, I wouldn’t refute the charges. He assured me their work was guaranteed. Stupid decision to drive my car from Fort Worth to College Station. I make it to Thornton, Texas before the exact same problem occurred. There’s a leak in the Suspension line. Apparently he put fluid in but didn’t fix the leak. $1600 repair work needed. Not sure if continuing to drive it exacerbated the problem or not. Terrible customer service And didn’t repair my vehicle.

Angela Milla Tamim and Sam really did help me. There were the cheapest price out there with a great work fixed it within 24 hours. Other places we’re trying to charge me, more and Take Much More Longer. this is a great place an honest place. I really recommend it.

ScottyB These guys are awesome! They’ve worked on several of my vehicles over the years ranging from an old Camaro to my pickup truck to my little daily driver. They’ve always given me the most economical repair suggestions and never suggested any silly, unnecessary work. I trust these guys and recommend them to all!

William Jeffries Ichiban Autos did a great job. I have a extended warranty Ally and they were able to get my repairs taken care of with them and no unexpected cost but my deductible. Dave & Ray kept me up to date and informed, The Warranty company sent out a inspector to verify the recommended repairs my truck needed. So ended up taking longer on there part. I had a large dent in my rear bumper from somebody backing into me, they have a body shop there as well and emailed me a estimate. I had them fix it and it turned out perfect. Ichiban Auto went above and beyond for me with the extended warranty company and making my truck look brand new again. If there was a higher rating I would give it. Recommend them to anybody. Thank you again and see you for future repairs.

Crystal Holland My husband and I had our 2013 Camaro sitting in the garage for about two years. My husband and I took it to Ichiban and had a full inspection done and found the issues on my Husband steering wheel that two other shops could not figure out. Ichiban handled our car with care and Even went above and beyond what we initially requested to have done it shows that they really care about the product and the quality that they are delivering. My husband and I appreciate everyone at Ichiban autos and will continue to have our car services with them

Alicia Hooper Eddie was excellent! Very reasonably priced and totally responsive service. Came to my home same day, completely replaced my starter and also made sure my oil and coolant were topped off and replaced one of my battery terminal connectors as one was completely corroded and he happened to have a viable replacement in his toolbox. As a woman, it has historically been difficult to feel like I can trust mechanics arent trying to just upsell but I really trust Eddies experience and recommendations. We will definitely keep his number saved and reach out again whenever we need a reliable and honest mobile mechanic!

Kailla Parker I needed my rear light replaced, and Levi was quick to find one at a reasonable price. He showed me when it arrived(picture) and was very polite and professional. He is knowledgeable about his work and doesnt do a half ass job like other mechanics. He cares about what he is doing and gets the job done properly and thoroughly. I recommend him if youre looking for a dedicated, skilled, and honest man.

Jennifer Prentice Helped my daughter change all of her fluids that she was neglecting to do on her own. Likely saved my daughters Jeep from having a major mechanical issue without charging her an arm and a leg like a typical mechanics shop or the dealership. Deb Williamson I can not say enough good things about this place! They are wonderful honest people! Had my 4runner towed in from another shop that told me I needed to replace the engine for $12,000. This crew here listened to me about what happened. And they found squirrel had chewed on wiring harness. $880 and 4 hour later my 4 runner was running like a champ!!!! Can not thank them enough!!!! I will be telling everyone i know to come here!

Rusty Quant Auto one was recommended to me through a friend since I had my vehicle at a dealership for service and a tune up and after 10 days it took before I they called that it was ready. The vehicle ran worse. I took it to Auto 1. Thee gentleman were extremely nice and where happy to take a look at my vehicle. They kept me a breast of the trouble they found and corrected the problem which was caused by the dealership and hay my vehicle back in a reasonable time and st a reasonable cost. I came here on a friend’s recommendation and was impressed by their exceptional service. They repaired my car’s suspension and went above and beyond without charging for extra work. Zach Brown Als Auto Repair diagnosed a complicated / rare issue in our Toyota Sienna recently. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue (this was something most mechanics would not have been able to find given the rarity of the repair), track down and order the proper brand new Toyota factory part from a dealer across the country, do extensive labor to get to the required damaged part, and replace it with a brand new functioning part. They were very fast considering the complexity of the repair and their pricing was fair and honest. Ill be sure to recommend Als to local friends / family. great place to do business! Thanks Als!

Lorenzo Fair, complete transparency and honesty sum up my experience with Manual and his team of mechanics. This is the way it should be. Jorge did an amazing job on my 2003 Acura, full gasket kit replacement. While the work was being done they did a holistic inspection of the vehicle and with approval changed other parts @ cost (no additional labor). Manual included warranty and work and parts! If you need an honest reliable and trustworthy mechanic this is the place to go. Thanks Manual and Jorge, you have gained a life long client with me and my family.

Tyler Gutkowski Great staff here, Carl one of there techs is a true expert at what he does, my car is lowered and he said he will do it the old fashioned way. He proceeded to get my front end alignment perfect with just a tape measure and a wrench. Every other shop I had taken it too turned me around and said they couldnt do because the car was too low. They’ve also been very helpful with helping me get my ac fixed, they work very quickly and put out high quality products.

Donald Kendall I very rarely rate a business and never do a follow up. I took my car in for what appeared to be a fuel system issue, probably fuel pump. It did end up being a fuel pump which was diagnosed via the OBD Port II. I was very satisfied with the work. Not too long later I had to take my car in to have the emissions test at a chain auto repair business. They said that same port failed connection during their testing. When I explained that it was functioning ok when I had my fuel pump replaced they said something must have happened to the port. I called Jeff and took the car over. He tested the port right away with me standing there and said the port was fine and functioning. I took my car back to the same chain auto repair business for re-testing and told them that the mechanic tested the port and it was fine. Lo and behold it passed the test this time. This is why I would recommend taking your car to a place like this where you can trust them with your car and not one of the chain auto repair business! As always, do your due diligence!

Quentin Hill I just moved to Fort Worth from Arlington for a summer internship and had a rough night dealing with a bad landlord. This morning, I woke up to a dead car battery in my driveway—totally stressed and running late for work in a city I just moved to. I saw All Auto Service & Body right down the street and decided to give it a shot. Without hesitation, they stopped what they were doing, sent someone out to help, jumped my car, and even gave me advice on where to get the battery checked or replaced. They did it all as a courtesy. These people are amazing — kind, helpful, and genuine. I can’t thank them enough. I’ll definitely be coming back to have work done here. Highly recommend this local shop — they truly go the extra mile.

G1 Boxing Life Skills Academy Just wanted to share what a great experience I had here. Now a days its hard to find an honest experienced mechanic. I thought my car had a serious problem but they diagnosed it and it ended only costing $100. This shop is going on the third generation mechanic and family business. Very knowledgeable with different types of vehicles. Ill be going there from now on.
