5 /5 Frida S’lavis: I went to Fall Creek with my cousin Meaux Luster and the experience there was that of Bourbon street... looked a little overwhelming at first due to the remodeling of the front lobby but once we got in there it was very pleasant. The staff there was wonderful and the doctors were just as kind. Everyone loves Bourbon street with a side of frog legs. I gave 5 stars because everyone should try it once!! Add

1 /5 Ebony Townes: I went into the office today to fill out a records request form and forgot to put down the doctors name that my son would be seeing. When I handed one of the front desk staff, an older thin Caucasian woman my paperwork she asked what the name of the doctor was I told her and apologized for forgetting to write it down. She clearly had an issue with that so as I was walking away she proceeded to call me a very inappropriate name. My experience was horrible and very unprofessional I called in to make a complaint and havent heard back yet, Im hoping something gets done about this soon!

1 /5 Justin Nelson: Just moved to the area and set my appointment around a week ago. They called me yesterday and asked if I could come in “super early” which I couldn’t because I had work. They told my wife on the phone to show up 15-20 minutes early for paperwork. I even fasted in case I needed bloodwork done.. I leave work and show up today 20 minutes early for my appointment and they tell me they can’t see me because I didn’t show up 30 minutes early to fill out my paperwork. It was a stack of maybe 6 or 7 papers? I’m being punished for doing exactly what we were told to do…when we both know they overbooked or something and just wanted to try and blame me for it. Then they tell me I can’t be seen until October 3rd and it would be with a different doctor who was brand new. If I wanted to see the doctor I scheduled with (Dr. Hathcock) it would be January…. Even the guy standing behind me said that’s ridiculous!

5 /5 stephen myers: Absolutely love this place. Changed to my primary after my first visit. They can usually see me very quickly when I need to schedule a visit and the staff is wonderful. Doctor Tompkins is great and really seems to care about his patients.

5 /5 Lynn Cozart: Excellent experience at the lab and this office. It is well organized and run. Lab work with Sara went smoothly and I’m enjoying getting to know the doctors at this location.
