Alex Harris: Ok I dont even know were to start first of my appointment was at 10:45 I didnt get seen till 11:45, also the questions here are weird in all my time I never had to answer a nurse what religion I am, whats my weight goal was before even weighing me. Its hard enough having to work and find time off to do this and they make you wait longer and the whole staff was really rude I came in for a ear infection and they kept pressuring me about flu shots, covid vaccine, and other medical problems i have but cant afford to deal with right now for a place for the public its not very kind your better off going somewhere else.
Sofia Gonzales: Jeff is the worst! He is very rude and honestly needs some new training on how to talk to his patients. Just because he is having a bad day doesn’t mean he should take it out of his patients. Very unprofessional.
JENNIFER BARTLETT: Both the front desk and nurse who input our information in and did vitals were extremely nice,the lady that did our swabs was as well. The doctor was nice and answered our questions. We got seen quickly and didnt have to wait for more than 2 minutes in between swabs and doctor coming in. Highly recommend.
Delissa Bradley: Save yourself the frustration. Office staff is rude, unprofessional and act like you’re an inconvenience. I’m not sure how they have any patients at all here.. Pretty sure while they were cleaning my sons ear out his ear drum was busted call to explain he has fluid draining and the girl on other end asked me what I wanted ??? Uhhhhh an appointment? Ask the doc if this is normal?? Save yourself the headache
Jabez Harrington: Bad experience here. What they say over the phone is way off to what they say when youre here. Not afraid to embarrass you with everyone in the lobby.
