1 /5 Mary Keele: Dr Mraz is very kind and listens. Her nurse, on the other hand, is incredibly rude! I tried to get lab results a week later, even though my husband’s doctor, Dr Castle, gave him the next day, and when I was explaining over the phone, she cut me off mid-sentence without even asking my name saying, “She has to review them first.” I asked her how she even knew who I was, and she said I had left her a message. So, she assumed I was somebody without even asking my name. Her tone was angry and impatient, and this isn’t the first time she was like this. So much for compassionate care and quality bedside manner. This woman is rude, rude, rude! It’s enough to make me want to switch to my husband’s doctor who is as good as Dr Mraz and has a personable nurse. Like I said, Dr Mraz is great, but her nurse is another story.
