1 /5 Shaubrey Shelton: My mother was seen in the ER dept on 3.5.25 for unstable blood pressure, chest pain, and dizziness. Throughout the evening, she’d been monitoring her blood pressure which resulted in the ER visit. I called to speak to her & she mentioned her most recent blood pressure. As a healthcare professional, I was concerned with the numbers and asked her to page her nurse. A male nurse walked in and I began expressing my concerns to him. In the middle of my explanation, he said “we’ve been monitoring her blood pressure all evening. She’s fine.” And he walked out. DISGUSTING! LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, DIGNITY, RESPECT, COLLABORATION, & COMPASSION! No wonder why these reviews are low! Disappointing to see the direction of where healthcare is headed! You’re treating people, lives, not objects!
