3 /5 Helena Khuri: Always severely understaffed no matter what time of year you go. This is the most staffed out of the three locations in this area, and thats being pretty generous. Appointments feel useless because youll be in the waiting room for an hour or more no matter what.
When you are seen, the doctors and NPs are consistently dismissive of your issues. They talk over you, and make you feel inferior for requesting further testing or a second opinion. You have to fight for everything. Multiple of my friends have been misdiagnosed because they get seen and written off as "just having the flu" when it in fact has been a much more serious case (see: pneumonia).
Pretty much the main positive of this place is convenience, but you might have to visit more than once to get proper diagnosis and treatment. If youre afraid of confrontation, youll have a better shot of actually being listened to if you bring a friend to speak up for you. :/
