Roy Biggerstaff: Called since the Dr was assigned to me by my insurance. I was handled very rudely and with no compassion. Interrupted throughout trying to explain and then put on hold while explaining. Again only to have an ill tempered lady basically talk to me like I was stupid. As I told her they are on my insurance card All I was trying to do was understand how that happens instead of being so rude to people you guys should learn some people skills Im actually very happy to find out this will not be my new doctor after speaking with your staff.

A Dudley: Staff are kind, have clear and direct communication and instructions. The front desk works to fit my schedule and seems to try their best to fit me in when I pop in for lab draws.

Jessica L: Absolutely horrible to work with. Billing is a complete nightmare. I have been trying for 5 months to get the billing straightened out with them. They forgot to tell me important information multiple times, they keep saying they sent the bill to my insurance and they have not. I had to give them my insurance information FOUR TIMES. Every time I call, I STILL have to give them the explanation that YES, I do have insurance, I have emailed you guys the card multiple times, and here it is again. This is the most ridiculous experience. The last time I had an emergency with them, it took 14 MONTHS to get it resolved.

Amy C: Dr Benjamin Linden never disappoints me. After many years, he spends all of the time I need. He is a thorough diagnostician. He asks the right questions and recalls not only my medical, but also family history. Interested in my children and grandchildren. Talks about your life. Not just your illness. He is one of the real jewels in family practice. A wonderful human being.

Bobby Davis: This emergency/ hospital is a blessing to us. Dr. Sam takes his time to explain what is going on. The nurses are some of the best I have seen. When you are in pain, Anahauc hospital will give you less stress and quick service. Thank you all.

giselle roque: I dont know I was here for 1 year and 3 months and I would say theres people that dont deserve to work here, but I dont wanna focus on that I wanna focus on those that help me those that would listen to me talk or let me go outside to get fresh air or make sure I didnt get fish sticks or sloppy joe cause I didnt like that food or those that would play card games, any board game. I know I wasnt the best patient always but I would like to thank those that where patient with me. For those that want to know Im actually doing better now and still wanna thank those that made my stay good even though i was there involuntary lol.

Jamie Thomas: I was brought here by paramedics on 4/9/22, after collision with a deer. Shortly after, I was sent by helicopter to a larger hospital in Oklahoma to treat my extensive trauma. My boyfriend remained at this hospital until his family was able to get him. He told me how caring and considerate the staff were to him. He said they kept checking on him, and made sure he got something to eat. It was the first good thing I heard about when I regained consciousness. I’m not sure if the paramedics are affiliated with the hospital, but the woman in the ambulance saved my life by intubating me so quickly, I will never forget her. Thank you, thank you. I appreciate everything that was done for us during our brief visit.
