Irving Health And Medical Center - Irving Damien V: Doc is great and actually wants to help but the people up front are rude and malicious. She talked down to everyone in the waiting room, yelled at a confused older gentleman and rolled her eyes at me when I had billing questions. PS lady, I DONT WORK IN HEALTHCARE, if someone is confused about one of its many facets it is one hundred percent your job to explain it.
UT Southwestern Medical Center Las Colinas - Irving Tiffany Waldren: Clean facility, kind staff, very brief wait time, scheduling was a breeze, I was in and out of labwork and had imaging scheduled in less than two minutes. Customer service phone operators outside of the clinic are also great. Dr. Okarwa is extremely well versed, compassionate, and respectful.

Simply amazing! Out of all of my surgeries this experience has been the best. Every person I encountered was truly remarkable. The care and consideration for me was TOP NOTCH! This is a great hospital!
MD Family Clinic - irving - Irving Mireya: They were able to get me in within a week while everywhere else had a minimum 3-6 month waiting period. Its not the cleanest or newest clinic but Dr Kamthong is great. She listens to my concerns and addresses them with a smile. You can expect to be here 1-2 hours from the time you walk in to the time you leave but they have a pharmacy onsite for medications which is helpful.
Macarthur Medical Center - Irving Bonnie Tisdale: FTM at 40 after 3 MC After much research I chose Dr. Richard Wagner. I can’t NOT recommend him enough. From day one he was so kind and compassionate. He takes his time answering your questions and concerns. He makes you feel like part of the family. He staff is always so kind and friendly. Yes some days you may have to wait but keep in mind you are NOT the only patient! If I ever have another child I will not hesitate to use Dr. Wagner again.

Irving Health Center - Irving Kayla Clay: The financial services woman that I spoke with did not have the best attitude but other than that I had no problems. The nurses & doctor I spoke with were very helpful & kind. Everything also moved in a timely manner.
Medical City Las Colinas Emergency Room - Irving Jessi Evans: This hospital is fantastic. I live in the area, and visited the ER late night on a Thursday. We did not wait long at all. Every staff member I interacted with from the ER, to the PCU, to housekeeping and nutrition, was extremely kind, attentive and overall amazing. All of my nurses/doctors were friendly and really do care.
DFW Family Clinic - Irving - Irving Jessica Chitwood: I recently relocated back to Irving and I scheduled one of my annual appointments & let me tell you...I always have a great experience here. From the staff to the nurse/doctors they are very welcoming & kind! So glad I can go to this clinic again.
Baylor Surgical Hospital at Las Colinas - Irving Cheryl Jensen: Three months ago I had my right knee replaced by Dr. Mark Greenberg at this facility. From the moment I arrived until I left the next day the staff was courteous, efficient, and welcoming. Surgery can be stressful and this team has found ways to reduce the stress and make the situation as pleasant as possible. They ensured I was pain free and well monitored for initial mobility. Thank you to everyone working those days!
