Was very concerned about your comfort and your well-being. They could hold an intelligent conversation with you. Didnt make you feel less than it was. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience for me. I would advise every single person that I know to go to this dentistry. They are very very welcoming. You will not have a problem in going back to these people. The only sad part about it is I can only give five stars. Love these people! I am so glad that I chose them.

5 /5 Kimberly Wyatt: From the moment I stepped into Distinctive Dental Services, I felt truly welcomed. It has a spa like feel—definitely not like your typical dental office. I originally came in for a little Botox before an upcoming event because I wanted to look refreshed. Dr. Johnson and Melissa made the entire experience so comfortable. I was very nervous, but they took such great care of me. Dr. Johnson is incredibly gentle, and her knowledge of aesthetics really put me at ease. I also decided to treat myself to a laser whitening service—and I’m so glad I did! The results were amazing. I returned two weeks later for my follow-up, and once again, Anabel and Dr. Johnson made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. I would absolutely recommend Distinctive Dental Services to all my family and friends for these services. I definitely will be returning for all my aesthetic needs! Thank you again to Dr. Johnson and all the wonderful ladies at the office!

5 /5 Jeanie Grahmann: Distinctive Dental is just a great dental establishment. Dr Elrod is very personable and really takes the time to find out your needs and expectations. He explains the process and finds the best possible solution to any problems with explaining the entire process. Also, the staff are amazing. They work with you and your schedule to find the most convenient time and are willing to do what is necessary to get you accommodated. Would not go anywhere else, as I totally trust Dr Elrod and his staff.

Dr. Elrod & Elissa were very engaging and I never felt rushed to get on with my visit and get out. They took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. Overall, Best Experience I have ever had at a dentist (or even doctors) office!

5 /5 Rajmsinha: Amazing wait area, friendly staff. Warm and inviting environment. I thought I was at a tooth spa not a dental office! DDS staff are very knowledgeable and help you make the right decision for your health. The equipment is futuristic, no more waiting for results or extra test etc… lab on sight, 3D printer on sight. Most efficient place to have any work don’t on your teeth. The restrooms are stocked with disposable toothbrushes so in case you forget to brush before arrival as I did, you are covered. I can’t convey enough how wonderful and professional this business is! We traveled 1+ hour from Houston to visit this business and now have found our family’s dentist. I will gladly make a day and travel to DDS for service every time

Steve Nguyen: Can’t believe how this dental clinic handles its business. Totally disappointed and unprofessional. My 10-month-old daughter had an appointment at 1:00 PM. We arrived at the parking lot at 12:57, but the clinic door was locked. The sign said “Open,” and a temporary note said “Will be back at 1:00 PM.” We ended up waiting hopelessly outside for 23 minutes with no idea when the clinic would reopen. I called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. (I took half a day off to bring my child to this appointment and almost left after 20 minutes of waiting!) Finally, a staff member reopened the door. When I entered, no one apologized until I asked what was going on. Then they said “sorry” and explained there was a car accident that caused the delay. That explanation didn’t make sense to me, especially since I saw 3–4 people inside the clinic at the time, including the doctor, assistants, and front desk staff. If all of them went out for lunch together, the clinic should have a system in place to notify patients in case of emergencies or delays like this. Dr. Tran, if you’re reading this, please work on improving your staff’s attitude and how your business is managed. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. I already had an issue with the front desk during my first visit, but I decided to give your clinic a second chance because you were kind to my kids. Unfortunately, today’s experience was even worse. I’m done. I won’t be returning to your clinic. Good luck.

We spoke with them on Thursday and they were able to get in the next day which is today Friday. From the beginning they were nothing more then professional and wanted nothing but the best for my son. Helped us with the paperwork and any questions we had. During his appointment everything was so smooth they showed him the office and made him super comfortable. They gave him some coloring paper and markers played with him. Once Dr.Radford came in did his cleaning and he answered every question I had. It’s such a relive that we were able to find a new dentist in short amount of time but also how caring, friendly they were. I would recommend this office 100% you feel a peace of mind.
