1 /5 Mike Calandra: Im here with a friend helping with a ride. Yesterday we went to get the MRI and the paperwork sent from here was not sent with the correct orders. Someone at this facility made a big mistake. Upon arriving today the front desk people seem very full of themselves and dont care for their patients. I will never come back or recommend this place.

5 /5 Sandy Mather: My review is specifically on Lilly Rivas. Her direct manager is Jolene Greig. Whom ever reads this, please make sure Jolene see it. I want to highlight the excellent service I received from Lilly! Lilly has literally been helping me since Sunday 12/8. Helping me get my medical records to a knee surgeon. It’s been a difficult road with wrong fax #’s, me not being able to walk etc. I’ve been in severe pain & everyone I reached out to Lilly she did everything she could to help me. Not only doing everything, she was so very kind, helpful, persistent & empathetic to what I needed! LILLY, you are a STAR! I wish you all the success in your work endeavors! Thank you! Sandy Mather

1 /5 Amanda: I was scheduled for surgery on a specific day (October 11th) so that I could arrange care for my children during their fall break. I emphasized several times at previous appointments that I could only do surgery during this time as well. However, I received a call from the surgery coordinator today (9/30) stating that Christina and Dr. Saing were rescheduling my surgery because the lab that grows the cells for MACI surgery had not yet received authorization from my insurance. I called the MACI case manager and was told that they not only didn’t received authorization from my insurance, but they also didn’t have enough time to regrow the cells before my surgery. This was all because the doctor’s office didn’t send over my information until 9/26 even though I’ve had the surgery scheduled for 2 months now. I should have went with a provider elsewhere after the rushed appointments and poor communication with two other surgeries I had done here. I told them I was cancelling the surgery and finding a different doctor.

1 /5 Emina Cavalic: I never leave reviews even when ive had a bad experience with someones facility . this particular office has some of the most stuck up front desk workers and rude as ever ! ive called multiple times trying to get papers faxed over to a office and after being pushed around 3 calls back and forth they no longer wanted to answer my call. i called from my second phone which they do not have on file and they answered immediately . when i got on the line with someone the refused to help me . worst customer care ive ever experienced . will not be proceeding with them ever again.

5 /5 Polk Dana: I love this office! I love Dr. Reyna and his team! He has a humbled spirit, who keeps it all the way 100% with his patients. He is honest, and checks you out thoroughly. He doesnt rush the visit like most doctors do. He takes his time with compassion, and he is a God-fearing man! It cant get any better than this. Love you guys.
