Jennifer Keyes: This office doesnt accept any new patients. Ive never had a doctor office "pre-screen" new patients by requiring them to complete a book of paperwork and then be selected for an interview before you can make an appointment. Doctors should all be unbiased and not discriminate against any patient, whether in good health or bad. This office needs a new doctor that cares about all people and not just a select few. The people of Whitesboro deserve better local care!

Poor communication, lack of follow through, rude nurse, unprofessional, was lied to, and did not mesh with PA and felt they lacked the knowledge and experience for an individual with my condition. It took over 7 weeks to get an ultrasound just across the parking lot. It took the hospitals radiology department reaching out to finally get the order sent over from the staff at FMC to finally schedule the appointment.

Ashley Trout: Was quoted a price for an MRI and then after the procedure, they doubled the price. $9,476 to be exact. Was told that the price was an estimate and subject to change, but doubled?! I would have gone somewhere else had I known they could do this.

LaKisha Simpson: The Pharmacy has been contacting the nurse staff for three days. Spoke with Nurse Whitney on 3/13/25 about the issue. She stated she was in the middle of something and would contact the Pharmacy. Nothing was calked I conference the call on 3/14/25 to speak with the nurse for medication. Secondly when the patient needed a referral to the specialist one was never sent to the specialist. Even the specialist nursing staff was assisting on their end. Same Nurse Whitney involved with each incident.

Nicole Unger: My physician, to me you are an outstanding quite rare and hard to find, you go beyond your call of being the best you can be. If I cant afford a prescription you find one that I can or if I need just a sounding board to be there to listen to me, you are always there but that is just small potatoes the main thing that makes you the best of what you do is that you a very caring, respecting,compassionate, sympathetic, empathetic, nonjudgmental, extremely concerning, always thinking outside the box, if one medication fails, you find one that will work, never give up, you have your good days and bad days just like the rest of us, no one is perfect,Whenever you have made a mistake, few and very far between but like I said youre too are human and are allowed mistakes you own it and fix it you dont try to cover it up or hide it. No medicine is a guarantee its all trials and errors til it works, and that works for me. Now, what I have learned in just a few months with you is always choosing my own words wisely to get my point across to you without disrespecting you or your medical expertise to speak up because you cannot read minds and I sure thank God for that . .You know I have lost a lot in the past 5 years my son,my own home, my sons 2 dogs, my own mom plus my own health issues and yet you have been my rock, the only person I feel I can talk to. You have your way with your words to convey your point of concern to me which I do listen trust I do. I dont care what others have to say about you, especially if its negative . I love the fact that you and I WE work as a team. You actually listen to what I say and sometimes you misunderstand me but you are never afraid to ask me what I mean which makes me feel more relaxed .You do care you have proven that to me every time I have been to see you youre definitely my ROCKSTAR of a doctor. Tyrone Whotte: I take sincere care when I give compliments but as much as you guys are supposed to care about the patient you are nothing like Michael Keller used to be he took his patients seriously he never let a patient go without medication until their appt and if that patient were working way out of town he would schedule a phone visit take your payment over the phone and still fax your follow up medication still to your pharmacy. I dont know about these Doctors they act like they care but in reality Im really not sure. Everyone acts like its complicated to take a payment over the phone to still care for the patients needs. I treat everyone I know fairly and I recommend people to your office because I like both doctors but man yall gotta upgrade to what everyone else is doing.
