1 /5 Ashley Trout: Was quoted a price for an MRI and then after the procedure, they doubled the price. $9,476 to be exact. Was told that the price was an estimate and subject to change, but doubled?! I would have gone somewhere else had I known they could do this.

3 /5 Joy Rosen-Mioduchowski: Entrance is on the west side of the building, facing the MMH main entrance. First we went to the employee entrance on the south side (facing the parking garage, as the employee on the phone directed us), then we went to the emergency exit which was closest to the MMH entrance, but finally we found the virtually unmarked entrance to the east of the MMH main entrance. MDI has beautiful inlaid wooden floors, four medical billing associates primed and ready, a custom railing, and an employee there just to walk us from one waiting room to another. However, when it came time for my sons xray, the technician grabbed him so quick and was off two hallways, two big swinging doors and a corner before I looked up to follow her. When I found his voice, two laughing, lounging techs told me I could wait outside in a third beautiful waiting room. I protested again that this was unprofessional and I wanted to see who had my son. They waved and said I could wait in the hall then and continued their leisure. Afterward the technologist barely apologized and glared at me. Thank you for X-raying my son. Could you please work on the professional conduct of your staff. Thank you.

1 /5 A.I. Marvin: I have been waiting for a MRI with sedation since January 2021. They make an appointment, check me in, and cancel (last time). The first time they canceled because l failed to do something l had not been asked to do, but did not know what it was ?????

1 /5 olivia rodriguez: Terrible place to get an ultrasound done. They don’t let you see a single thing, no pictures and they give you no information whatsoever on how your baby is doing.

You have your way with your words to convey your point of concern to me which I do listen trust I do. I dont care what others have to say about you, especially if its negative . I love the fact that you and I WE work as a team. You actually listen to what I say and sometimes you misunderstand me but you are never afraid to ask me what I mean which makes me feel more relaxed .You do care you have proven that to me every time I have been to see you youre definitely my ROCKSTAR of a doctor. Tyrone Whotte: I take sincere care when I give compliments but as much as you guys are supposed to care about the patient you are nothing like Michael Keller used to be he took his patients seriously he never let a patient go without medication until their appt and if that patient were working way out of town he would schedule a phone visit take your payment over the phone and still fax your follow up medication still to your pharmacy. I dont know about these Doctors they act like they care but in reality Im really not sure. Everyone acts like its complicated to take a payment over the phone to still care for the patients needs. I treat everyone I know fairly and I recommend people to your office because I like both doctors but man yall gotta upgrade to what everyone else is doing.

Dr Chavez came highly recommended, so I booked an appointment to check him out. #1 hit - the get to know you appt was free. Im not going to lie, I walked in and was overcome by extreme and uncommon for me, dread and anxiety as I waited in the exam room. My fears quickly turned to peace and confidence in my decision to use Dr Chavez. I appreciate his approach to preventative wellness care and building a relationship with his patients through extended visit and genuine patience.

rebekah diaz: Food was great, nurses were great (especially second shift). There was one incident where an agency nurse was extremely aggressive and I reported her to the other nurses on-site. Needless to say, that was her first and last day there. The prompt response from the on-shift nurses was appreciated as they set the tone for a healthy environment. As a Veteran, I’ve found myself struggling with my mental health over the past few years. Unfortunately, I didn’t put much attention into getting the help I needed at the time. I’m proud to say that I am on the right medication and I want to thank every single one of the staff members at this facility. They go above and beyond for their patients. I hope they are being paid what they deserve, if not more.
