1 /5 Fami Fahmida: She is the most fake person I have ever seen. She overcharged me. While I booked appointments to keep my spot she charged $150. I did brazillan blowout.Once she had done she charged $260 again. Price was $250,I gave her $10 tips. I didn’t even realize she already charged $150 on top it she charged $260. Once I came back home I checked my card and asked her to refund.She said she would refund me. But more than month she didn’t refund my money. So I had to complain to my credit card company. I wanted to give zero rating. By the guys she is a big liar about her tons of cancer.Her service was very poor. I would not recommend any one to do there. Please be aware that fraudulent behavior. I don’t mind to pay if the service is good. But the way she cheated on me only for few dollars I can’t believe it. How cheap!

5 /5 Samantha Ugarcina: Don’t listen to any bad reviews. Trish has been doing my hair for a couple years now and she is the only person who has EVER given me what I truly want. She is fantastic with color! If you want a super bright vivid color done, Trish is your girl! If you want a split die or something fun, she’s your girl! I will never stop going to her. Most trustworthy, kind, and caring stylist Ive ever had. I always felt uncomfortable at other salons, especially being neurodivergent, but with her, I’m always comfortable. Love love her ❤️

As you can see it is not all one length, very choppy, and left a bit of hair behind my ears. Really disappointed

Next was Texas omg im like im bout to cut my hair cause my hair is falling off/shedding alot. I stumbled through fb or craiglist and found her. I didnt know what a Keratin Treatment was but at time I was desperate and Trusting in word. I remeber she was Closed on Tuesday and she opened up for me and I was greatful for that and when she finished my hair OMG I LOVED MY HAIR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldnt believe my hair looked so healthy. A year later I love this lady and her hands. Just come and u wont look no where else just like me.... Thank You Unique & Elegant and staff for what you do and that u love what you do!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. ask questions the staff will explain everything so that you understand everything what there going to do. Thanks again sorry for such long post but its TRUE

Cara Lang: They let my daughter walk out with two braids SIGNIFCANTLY different sized. I spoke to the owner and the one who did her hair and neither offered a refund only for her to come back in to be rebraided. I informed both the first time she came in she was treated very rude and left and this time she walked out with messed up hair. I will never let her step foot in there again. We went to SHALOM BRAIDING who have treated her amazing BOTH times. Even the women getting their hair done could not believe they let her walk out looking like that. A complete shame to allow someone to walk out like that and the only time she was given a mirror was to confirm the part was "good" I would have never tipped $30 if I knew my child was walking out looking a mess
