1 /5 Curtis Hembroff: At the recommendation of my insurer I took my vehicles to Crash Champions after the spring hail storm.
When I picked up my vehicles, the repairs were incomplete, but they said they were waiting on parts and would contact me when they arrived.
They never contacted me and have not responded to my calls or messages. The person I need to talk to is always on lunch and never gets back to me.
Despite not finishing the job, they tried to get me to pay the full cost of the repairs. They said they never received payment from my insurer.
I pushed back and they let me take my vehicles after paying the deposit. I confirmed with my insurer that they had been paid in full, directly.
However, they have continued to call me stating that I should have received a check in the mail i need to make payment to them.
When I mention I confirmed payment was complete but that my repairs are not, they discontinue communicating.
I am very frustrated by the service and follow up of the Crash Champions staff.
I feel they are predatory in their operations.
Until they make a concerted effort to make things right, I do not recommend Crash Champions.
