5 /5 Deepak: Quick check-in process, went on a weekday and less wait time. Takes an hour to reach from Austin so plan accordingly. Suggested time to visit is morning 7.30am. Waiting area is neat and is accomdated with water and snacks. Courteous staff. Attached the details for the service and also the checks covered in multi point inspection. Tire rotation is to be paid/mentioned separately.Have a good visit while here.

1 /5 Jake Speedy: Place lived up to the stereotype of scamming women. Girlfriend came in with a 2018 civic blowing hot air and requested a diagnostic/ repair and refrigerant refill assuming that this was an issue with the extended warrantied AC condenser. Dealership calls back with “good news and bad news” good news being that the refrigerant was topped off for $300 and bad news that their technician didn’t do a diagnostic of the AC system like she had requested. Sent her on her way with a topped off AC system with a hole in it just for it to completely leak again and blow hot air under a year later. A different Honda dealership later confirmed that we were right and the AC condenser was bad and repaired it under warranty free of charge. Go elsewhere unless you want to get scammed by Honda San Marcos.

Theyve been nothing but accommodating to me and my family, as well as friendly and communicative. I always ask for Gavin to be my service writer, and hes a joy to deal with. Hes very polite and helpful and seems to put a lot of care into his work and how he treats his customers. Three times now, Ive taken my car to them, and three times theyve been as helpful and accommodating as possible. When another Honda service department screwed me over, Gavin and Honda of San Marcos did everything they could to get my car back in tip-top shape and provide exceptional service. I will continue to go to them for all of my car needs for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend them!
