The mechanic was super friendly, incredibly professional, and clearly knows his stuff. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. Fast, honest, and top-quality service — what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone I know!

5 /5 Jennifer Hernandez: I was referred to Cortez Automotive by the dealership I bought my car from. I own a 2019 Nissan Altima and I was having trouble with acceleration. I paid 2 mechanics prior to him to 1. Replaced the mass air flow sensor (but they did not clean the throttle body or reprogram) 2. Mechanic just put it on the computer and told me that it was the mass air flow sensor even though I had already replaced it. I am so thankful I reached out to the dealership and they referred me to Mr. Cortez. He found a leak from my transmission and replaced the seal, cleaned, and refilled the oil. Cleaned the throttle body and reprogrammed the car. My car now runs smooth without hesitation! His whole team were very respectful and knowledgeable and Mr. Cortez walked me through the whole process sending me pictures and calling me with updates! I will definitely be recommending him to others.

5 /5 Lizett Camacho: Highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Most mechanics are only looking to make fast cash. That’s not the case with Joel. He fixes the issue from the root. He fixed the mess another mechanic had done. It’s been months and my car hasn’t given me any issues. He’s the only person I recommend to friends and family.
