04-2025 Concho County Hospital: Sloan Randall Lee DO in Best 6 MEDICAL SERVICES near Paint Rock, TXNorth Texas Medical Center - Gainesville Randy Crum: After going to one of the franchise physical therapy groups with little to no results, I had MUA surgery. Although the surgery wasnt at North Texas Medical Center I did choose their physical therapy department to rehab. The physical therapy department is one of the best I have ever seen. I have not finished my physical therapy yet, but there has been great improvements along the way. I give total credit to the professionalism and dedication to that PT staff.

North Texas Medical Center: Emergency Room - Gainesville Bobby B: I have been here 3 times. 2 times for my fiancé and 1 time for myself. Tonight was the first time for myself as I had severe swelling in my left leg. I’m only in my late 20s but have history of vein deficiency and other leg issues such as Mays-Turner Syndrome. Anyway, just went up here to get an ultrasound done and have been here for 3 hours and 50 mins and haven’t even seen the ultrasound person yet. I have been to ERs dozens of times for various reasons and have been to probably 10 different ones, depending on where an incident happened to a certain family member or friend, and this place is BY FAR THE SLOWEST MEDICAL FACILITY IN THE NORTHER HEMISPHERE. If you expect to be out of here within 2 hours, hahahahaha good luck. All 3 times (and all were minor things) we have never been here less than 3 and a half hours. The staff is nice, don’t get me wrong. They are friendly and courteous but something is wrong with the placement/structure/order/procedure of ordering tests and/or visiting with patients in rooms. Friendly staff which is good because at least you have hours to reflect on the good conversations you had with the medical workers who came to see you once every 2 hours lol.
Gainesville Clinic - Gainesville G W: Doctor White always takes time with each of his patients to understand their conditions and find the right solution. I appreciate the special care Doctor White provides. He is very thorough, conscientious and also has a great sense of humor and relatable manner.
NTMC Health Complete Care - Gainesville Keri Dean: The doctors here always make me feel heard. They spend more than just a few minutes to push on through to the next patient. They give personalized, professional, compassionate care to their patients. They also make referrals a breeze and are usually available! My 6 year old and I both love it here!
Bhupinder Khaira, MD - Gainesville Sage Pini: First off, he is NOT a gastroenterologist, he is a surgeon. He did a scope on me and told my wife I had ulcers, but told me in the follow-up two weeks later that I didnt. Hes not great. If you have stomach problems I would suggest going to Denton or Ardmore and seeing a real gastrointestinal Dr.
Update on this review. I got the report from the endoscopy dr khaira performed. It says, ulcers, chronic gastritis, GERD, and esophagitis(sic), and other issues. So this dr couldnt even match the report to the patient he was speaking to. This has cost me an incredible amount of money and time in extra emergency room visits due to extreme pain from untreated conditions, and now I need another scope from a real dr, because the pain in my stomach is not subsiding due to his incompetence and lack of treatment for recognized, photographed, and recorded gastrointestinal conditions. Im editing this review from the er of Gainesville hospital, where I just had another CT scan because of pain in my stomach. If dr khaira wasnt incompetent, these conditions would be treated and managed by now. Unfortunately Im too poor to sue him.

McLeroy & Klein Medical Clinic - Gainesville andrew mclean: Since Mcleroy has retired it has gone downhill. No doctors to see you,only nurses. They dont listen, dont seem to care and it has turned into factory line medicine, push the pills from the pharmaceuticals. I asked specific questions about a medication, everything the nurses told me was the exact opposite on the medication paperwork as well as on the bottle itself with detailed literature about not mixing with other pills, she told me I could mix them and would be fine. The app they force you to use for appts. doesnt work, Ive asked several times and no one in the office can help or has an answer. The app is suppose to show your blood work and all your health stats from bp to tests and so on, the app shows no notes or tests at all, no information at all, when i asked about this i was told to ask the front desk, i asked them for the info, i was handed one printed paper with one set of bloodwork. The most frustrating part of the visit,waiting 23 mins listening to the nurse and someone visit while I wait, was there early and in the exam room right at the time of my appt. 23 mins later a nurse comes in, 5 mins later appt over.
