1 /5 Jaena Ice: The front desk was nice enough, however the young blonde nurse that took care of me was very unprofessional. It felt like I was nothing but a bug under her shoe the entire time, racing to get me out. Unfortunately I also heard her talking about me to the front desk, which was very unprofessional and rude. It hurt because i was there sick, and this woman couldn’t control herself but to be mean to me. The doctor herself was nice and understanding. I wish she had better employees.

1 /5 Jason Brashar: Ignored my fathers medical issues with his legs. Ignored paperwork that needed to be signed for insurance it took 3 months for him to get treatment. Im a cna and this is a despicable woman. Bed side manner sucks. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU IN THE OFFICE GETTING DEFENSIVE AND GETTING ANGRY WITH HIM. SHAME SHAME SHAME

1 /5 Connie Knight: Started out great. Was having wonderful success with weightloss. Was given a 30 day new script. When I realized my appointment was for 6 weeks I submitted the online form asking for assistance. No one followed up. Today I have spoken to two different people and left a message for the nurses. No answers. So I guess a patient is supposed to start a new med get their system acclimated then stop cold turkey for two weeks.

5 /5 Carl Carpenter: Awesome ! Always right on and offers me the choices and I choose the the one best for me. Jonith never pushes you into prescriptions without offering other solutions first.I have very high social anxieties and the whole group always makes you comfortable.

5 /5 Suzanne Beck: Lisa Houk FNP, BC and her staff are first rate! Lisa is my and my husbands Primary care provider. We trust her completely. She is always very attentive to our needs. We usually see her, but would be comfortable with any of the staff if she wasnt available.

Sage Pini: First off, he is NOT a gastroenterologist, he is a surgeon. He did a scope on me and told my wife I had ulcers, but told me in the follow-up two weeks later that I didnt. Hes not great. If you have stomach problems I would suggest going to Denton or Ardmore and seeing a real gastrointestinal Dr. Update on this review. I got the report from the endoscopy dr khaira performed. It says, ulcers, chronic gastritis, GERD, and esophagitis(sic), and other issues. So this dr couldnt even match the report to the patient he was speaking to. This has cost me an incredible amount of money and time in extra emergency room visits due to extreme pain from untreated conditions, and now I need another scope from a real dr, because the pain in my stomach is not subsiding due to his incompetence and lack of treatment for recognized, photographed, and recorded gastrointestinal conditions. Im editing this review from the er of Gainesville hospital, where I just had another CT scan because of pain in my stomach. If dr khaira wasnt incompetent, these conditions would be treated and managed by now. Unfortunately Im too poor to sue him.

andrew mclean: Since Mcleroy has retired it has gone downhill. No doctors to see you,only nurses. They dont listen, dont seem to care and it has turned into factory line medicine, push the pills from the pharmaceuticals. I asked specific questions about a medication, everything the nurses told me was the exact opposite on the medication paperwork as well as on the bottle itself with detailed literature about not mixing with other pills, she told me I could mix them and would be fine. The app they force you to use for appts. doesnt work, Ive asked several times and no one in the office can help or has an answer. The app is suppose to show your blood work and all your health stats from bp to tests and so on, the app shows no notes or tests at all, no information at all, when i asked about this i was told to ask the front desk, i asked them for the info, i was handed one printed paper with one set of bloodwork. The most frustrating part of the visit,waiting 23 mins listening to the nurse and someone visit while I wait, was there early and in the exam room right at the time of my appt. 23 mins later a nurse comes in, 5 mins later appt over.
