5 /5 Randy Crum: After going to one of the franchise physical therapy groups with little to no results, I had MUA surgery. Although the surgery wasnt at North Texas Medical Center I did choose their physical therapy department to rehab. The physical therapy department is one of the best I have ever seen. I have not finished my physical therapy yet, but there has been great improvements along the way. I give total credit to the professionalism and dedication to that PT staff. Please look their way and check them out if you ever need any recovery physical therapy. I am sure you will be pleased.

5 /5 Laura Fogle: For the first time in my life, I found myself in need of emergent care. I was taken directly to a treatment room by John, RN. I quickly had an EKG and blood draw. The care staff were kind and quick, talking me through every step. Dr. Sholakh and John were in and out several times during my stay, keeping me informed and making sure I was comfortable. Julia and Mark from medical imaging were quick and compassionate, making my studies as comfortable as possible for me. I’m feeling much better tonight, and am so grateful that we have such a great hospital in our town.

5 /5 Jay Gulko: My first contact was with Cristin, my nurse. She has a sense of calm and focus, the brings trust and calm to the patient. All the caregivers were clear of the ER situation for patients and their comfort and open and straight forward about the tests needed and the outcome and the importance of each results. In my case I have a clear understanding of my condition and what I need to do next. Thank you all, Jay G

5 /5 Pamela Cates: Everybody was extremely kind and helpful with smiles. Brenda in registration did a wonderful job with me and she was a great help. I had imaging and the gentleman who did my MRI was kind and funny and reassuring. All in all, a good experience.

5 /5 Wes Gardner: Registration was quick, but I was preregistered via a call the day before - a good thing. Radiology got to me fairly quickly. The techs did a good job of briefing me on the procedure - no surprises. For being something nobody looks forward to, the experience was positive.
