1 /5 Jozelyn Wells: I thought we made the right choice by using the same pediatrician, Helen Ong, that performed my son’s circumcision at birth. However after seeing a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER recently, my son needs to be seen by a urologist, at 21 months old for an orchiopexy. This was never even a topic of discussion with Dr. Ong. I am extremely upset by this considering everything I’ve read says it should’ve been performed between 6-18 months and my son saw Dr. Ong several times between those ages.

5 /5 Shirley Franke: Just wanted to shout out a Big Thank you to Kim Murray! Wow! She had seen on social media where I was pretty disgruntle about our Hospital Services in Brownwood! She told me to give Comanche a chance! Not only was Kim Top Notch, everything she told me I have seen first hand in my 2 visits thusfar for Iron infusions! From scheduling to the Girls in the infusion room! Chelsea had all my others setup for me before I left my first visit! Kim Murray your the Best! Keep doing what you do and Comanche will have to add on again! Also both visits the CEO came in and greeting not only the patients but knew all the workers by first names! That was amazing!

1 /5 Andrea Brewer: How dare you. Brought a woman in 205/135 blood pressure with chest pains, blurred vision and crying tell her you cant do anything. Recptionist on Saturday night said sorry we have 7 beds and there are 3 in front of her. Reception went back to her computer monitors of cameras and Google. I drove the woman to Brownwood what a difference They took her immediately and did so much. Run from Comanche so poor. This is not over. Will be requesting a hearing before Board.

5 /5 Brandy Bee Rose: Everyone was so great, but Allison was the best. I have had so many negative experiences with getting my blood drawn, but she was super quick and painless. Very impressed with the efficiency of CCMC in general. Ever since I’ve learned about it, I don’t go to Hendricks anymore. This will be my 3rd time dealing with them and I’m just super impressed.

5 /5 Becca Jackson: Ive been a patient of CCMC since my family moved to Comanche County in 2017. Dr. Deal is always so attentive and truly cares about myself and my familys health! So fortunate to have this health system and all its various services.

L Stuart: I’m pretty sure they botched my surgery. I still don’t know if I needed surgery in the first place. The surgery I had should have been routine. I had to go back in about 3 or 4 days later for an emergency surgery. One of the original surgeons never introduced himself to me and I was encouraged to not keep my follow up appointment with him since I was now under the care of the surgeon who fixed me. It’s been 2 years now and I still cant help but think I was lied to.

M B: Very incompetent! Their only ECG machine wasnt working when I thought my husband was having a heart attack. And they gave my 15 mth old granddaughter a steroid shot for her flu symptoms! Shes very sick now!!

Jaena Ice: The front desk was nice enough, however the young blonde nurse that took care of me was very unprofessional. It felt like I was nothing but a bug under her shoe the entire time, racing to get me out. Unfortunately I also heard her talking about me to the front desk, which was very unprofessional and rude. It hurt because i was there sick, and this woman couldn’t control herself but to be mean to me. The doctor herself was nice and understanding. I wish she had better employees.

Randy Crum: After going to one of the franchise physical therapy groups with little to no results, I had MUA surgery. Although the surgery wasnt at North Texas Medical Center I did choose their physical therapy department to rehab. The physical therapy department is one of the best I have ever seen. I have not finished my physical therapy yet, but there has been great improvements along the way. I give total credit to the professionalism and dedication to that PT staff. Please look their way and check them out if you ever need any recovery physical therapy. I am sure you will be pleased.

Bobby B: I have been here 3 times. 2 times for my fiancé and 1 time for myself. Tonight was the first time for myself as I had severe swelling in my left leg. I’m only in my late 20s but have history of vein deficiency and other leg issues such as Mays-Turner Syndrome. Anyway, just went up here to get an ultrasound done and have been here for 3 hours and 50 mins and haven’t even seen the ultrasound person yet. I have been to ERs dozens of times for various reasons and have been to probably 10 different ones, depending on where an incident happened to a certain family member or friend, and this place is BY FAR THE SLOWEST MEDICAL FACILITY IN THE NORTHER HEMISPHERE. If you expect to be out of here within 2 hours, hahahahaha good luck. All 3 times (and all were minor things) we have never been here less than 3 and a half hours. The staff is nice, don’t get me wrong. They are friendly and courteous but something is wrong with the placement/structure/order/procedure of ordering tests and/or visiting with patients in rooms. Friendly staff which is good because at least you have hours to reflect on the good conversations you had with the medical workers who came to see you once every 2 hours lol.
