5 /5 Ken Coursey: Work was on 2018 Ram truck March 2025. Truck had difficulty when fueling...the gas dispenser incorrectly kept shutting of flow thinking tank was full. Also, had slight oil leak.Took to Colony Car Care who said needed a new gas tank and replace oil engine cooler. I took to dealer to get second opnion without letting them know I already had one estimate. Dealer came back with same diagnosis but price to fix was a lot more. Its been 4 months and both issues have been fixed with no re-occurence of issues. I was happy with Colony Car care.

5 /5 Dakota Moncrief: Although this location has changed hands several times it continues to provide excellent car detailing services as well as oil changes and State inspections. Lots of the other shops will either have a broken state inspection machine. This place will get you in and out in a timely manner.

Fernando was very helpful and explained everything they would do and called me the next day before proceeding. Along with the repairs, he mentioned some items to keep an eye on that didnt need replacing yet but were starting to wear. Everything was very honest and transparent and the price for their services was very fair. I would not hesitate to refer Fernando and Colony Car Care to anyone looking for an honest, price-competitive repair shop.

5 /5 Nancy Yarberry: We love these guys. Our first experience with them was when we were told that what we needed was something simple we could do ourselves. Who does that anymore? They won our trust that day. Theyve worked on all our vehicles since. Fernando is honest about what he sees and the cost. One important point is regarding a wheelchair accessible Dodge van. The Dodge dealership was always hesitant to work on the van, not Fernando. Our 2000 Dodge van is still running, thank you so much Fernando.

After meeting Ray and going over the process of restoring my car after an accident, I felt very comfortable leaving my car in his hands. The repairs were completed beautifully and turned around earlier than expected. Apparently, the battery was drained during the repairs (it was pretty old tbh), and they brought a new one to my house and changed it out for me on the spot! A part to complete my interior door trim was delayed by the supplier, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole as quickly as possible. They even detailed my pretty car afterward. I highly recommend this location! All the staff were super kind and efficient as well!

Brian Dudley: Not impressed by the service department at all. I called 3 days ago to get pricing for a windshield replacement. I was told they were all out for lunch for the next hour and a half, but would call me back later that day with a quote. I called back around 3:30 and was told nobody was available in the service department, but they would call me back that day. Tried calling several times again over the next few days and they were always unavailable. Finally got a hold of someone today and he said he would text me a quote over. It is 7 at night and still no quote. I will call a different dealership tomorrow. I am done with this one.

On Thursday morning, I drove to the East Plano location for a 7 am appointment, to find out the store had a fire overnight and would be closed for weeks. I was immediately referred over to the Allen store. The team in Allen welcomed me in and immediately took in my vehicle. I was treated the way you would treat family - offered coffee, water, a ride home. I now realize that Christian Brothers is the Chic-fil-A of automotive services! I mean this as a high complement. The team here greet each other with a welcome hug, something you dont see most anywhere and yet another sign they truly care for each other! Thank you Allen team! I will be back!
