1 /5 Brian Dudley: Not impressed by the service department at all. I called 3 days ago to get pricing for a windshield replacement. I was told they were all out for lunch for the next hour and a half, but would call me back later that day with a quote. I called back around 3:30 and was told nobody was available in the service department, but they would call me back that day. Tried calling several times again over the next few days and they were always unavailable. Finally got a hold of someone today and he said he would text me a quote over. It is 7 at night and still no quote. I will call a different dealership tomorrow. I am done with this one.
