Darren Reeves: The team @ Christian Brothers really stepped up. On Thursday morning, I drove to the East Plano location for a 7 am appointment, to find out the store had a fire overnight and would be closed for weeks. I was immediately referred over to the Allen store. The team in Allen welcomed me in and immediately took in my vehicle. I was treated the way you would treat family - offered coffee, water, a ride home. I now realize that Christian Brothers is the Chic-fil-A of automotive services! I mean this as a high complement. The team here greet each other with a welcome hug, something you dont see most anywhere and yet another sign they truly care for each other! Thank you Allen team! I will be back!

Buffy Wimmer: Customer beware!!! My experience with this shop was unprofessional, inexperienced, expensive and very unpleasant! I brought my 1996 GT Convertible Mustang there because the convertible hood was not working. I suggested to John, the mechanic, to first check for rodent involvement. The following day he told me no rodent involvement…he said it is definitely the motor. He said the parts alone would be over $1,000 but they would not do it. When I picked up the car they charged me over $225 for that diagnosis which I payed. The following day I brought that same car to another mechanic who discovered it WAS a rodent who had eaten through some wires which he repaired. The motor he said is perfect! I returned to Allen Car Care to request my money back for the inexperienced and incorrect diagnosis and the owner was unprofessional, rude and unaccountable for his mechanics lack of expertise…and would not return my money. I would never recommend the shop.

Deborah Blanquie: This was my first visit to Aloha Auto. They were highly recommended by many on the Nextdoor app. This visit was for an oil change as well as a wiring repair. After their inspection they found my brake pads were in need of replacement (it had been four years since I replaced them) and are watching a few maintenance items that another garage said I needed to replace a year ago. I appreciate that they were honest about what was needed now verses later. They also sent me an Amazon link to a visor that needed replacing. I was able to install that myself.

R M: Davidson’s Car Care – Trusted, Skilled, and Fair I brought my ā€˜93 Gen 1 Viper to Davidson’s Car Care in Allen, and they did a great job at a fair price. These guys have been in the neighborhood a long time, and it shows in the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers which is consistent with my experience. I’ve always done my own work, but these days my hands don’t give me that option anymore. It’s a big shift to hand over the wrench, but Davidson’s made it an easy one.
