5 /5 Stacy McQuestion: I recently moved here from Dallas where I had a reliable mechanic. I really got lucky choosing Clear Lake Auto Service as my new reliable Automotive Service provider. The staff are professional and friendly, provide transportation to and from the shop, and are upfront and honest. Tim the Service Advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable walking me through what I needed to maintain my 16 year old car in tip top condition Safety is important and they made me feel I was in safe hands!

5 /5 pdbabin: CLAS was highly recommended to me and I have already recommended them to two friends. Their work is excellent and very reasonably priced. They saved me approximately $2K when compared to the dealership. However, what keeps me coming back is their absolutely phenomenal customer service. Everyone is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. So to all the nice folks(Cathy, Tim, Robert, and Phillip) who took their time with me and made me feel like family, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Looking forward to seeing you next time. He explained what repairs needed to be done in a clear manner, and the pricing was right. He searched and found parts for our vehicle that were hard to find. Raul our mechanic did a great job getting our vehicle repaired and back on the road! Try Clear Lake Auto you will not be sorry.

He was very timely and forthright with his communications.They took my vehicle in, diagnosed it quickly (snapped strut), and did a full inspection so that I was aware of what all would need to be done. I was able to approve/decline services freely and payment options were made available so that I wasnt overwhelmed. I had my car back within about a day after confirming services. I would highly recommend this place again and will be bringing my vehicle back again should more repairs be needed.

5 /5 Angela Dautreuil: Our 2008 Tundras a/c wasnt cooling, so we stopped by after reading great reviews. As far as first impressions go, we couldnt be more pleased. We were greeted by Tim, Service Advisor, with a warm welcome and not bothered at all by our just dropping by on a Saturday pretty close to closing time. It turned out that they had time to do an assessment and immediately diagnosed the problem. The knowledge and professionalism are apparent. You can see how well everyone works together. I will be back in a few days with my Volvo. Definitely our go-to from now on out.
