5 /5 Kyli Thorn: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with JR Muffler in Palestine, TX! They fixed my AC, and it’s now blowing cold and strong—just in time for this Texas heat. They also replaced my harmonic balancer and did an excellent job. The service was fast, honest, and professional. I definitely recommend them if you need reliable auto repairs!

5 /5 Elbert Homan: Had O2 sensors and ignition coil replaced, the owner was helpful, friendly, and honest. Ive been to a few other places in town for repairs, but will return here if I ever need more work done in the future. Great communication - they provided service quote and repair statuses via text. I would definitely say they make customer service and quality of work priority, highly recommend!

No matter what I need they always help me by taking the time to look at my car. Honesty is the best policy. I appreciate Shane, April and all the staff the have. The service is quick and efficient and the prices are amazing!! I will be bringing all of family vehicles to JR Muffler as well as telling everybody I know. I had a few (LOL many) questions and Shane, Roy and April answered every last one without any hesitation or eye rolls. They are very courteous, respectful and upfront about EVERYTHING, so it sounds like the issue was yours!
