2 /5 Karen Gonzalez: I usually have good a good experience here with quality work. This time, not so much. I got a gelx pedicure and the polish in 3of my toenails came out in less than 3 days. Also the man who was doing my nails burned my toe with their machine. Didnt apologize or anything eventhough he saw that he hurt me. He just kept on spraying alcohol on my toe. Thats never happened before. Im not confrontational so I didnt call them to get the issues resolved. Based on other reviews, if you do call, they give you issues and give you the mean look. Due to this Im afraid to ask them to fix them. I Normally spend over 200 dollars per visit since I always bring someone with me. After this experience, I dont think I will recommend them again.

After I posted this. They gave me a call and offered to fix my nails, but unfortunately, I couldnt go back.
