Kayla: Andy did an amazing job getting my nails glammed for the holidays! I’m so happy with the end result. I highly recommend them to anyone in the surrounding areas. Extremely nice and friendly staff! :)
Jane: They did a terrible job. They chipped the same night, she left polish on my skin. Parts of my nails didnt even have polish on them. I went back and asked them to fix it, they said no because the woman who did my nails wasnt there. You should honor the work done in your salon, someone else should have fixed them for me. Very disappointed. I would not reccomend this salon at all. I should get a refund, but they wont do that either. Poor customer service, poor way to run a business. I will never go back.
Miguel Mireles: I went on December 26th and got a pedicure the lady cut too far down in my toe nail and now I have a constant pain. Giving it 3 stars because my toes still look good
Ashley Vela: Love Alex, been coming to Elite for him since I was 14 (now 19), and I can safely say he’s by far the best in corpus (if not the world (he’s that good guys)). 10/10 service and 10/10 compliments I receive because of his work!!
Hannah Mynard: DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to get my nails&toes done, it came out to 137 (with tip) got home and realized they charged my card a second time for $147. When calling and trying to resolve the issue they acted clueless to who I was or what they had done. They then put me off for 4 days saying to call back when a manager was there . I will never again go there . To top it off they took FOREVER to get my pedicure done since the lady wanted to get up and down to make drinks, cash people out, and look at others nails . Very unhappy, very unsettling, and very unprofessional. This company and the people are thieves .
Mari Hernandez: Going on 3 weeks with my set. Nancy and her sister never fail to give me what I want. Always have beautiful designs. Ive been going to this shop for a decade.
Grace Lopez: Pedicure yesterday. The polish is not to the cuticle & pictures show how bad the pedicure was. I went back in today to show them their work & they only had four workers. They only touched up the polish & ignored how bad the actual pedicure looked like. I was told I could come back. No one there was authorized to refund or at least give me credit to come back and let them try again.
Nicki Vasquez: They call you poor if you question the prices. Usually nail polish comes with the nail price so I am just asking what the charge for. He has I’d anything is extra. But the water he gave me was not extra. It’s included. How do I know if I don’t ask? Asking questions doesn’t mean you’re poor it means you are not stupid. She did not paint my nails well. They are the cheapest in corpus and they work/act like it. Don’t recommend. Go somewhere they have complimentary drinks and nail polish included in price on the menu.
