1 /5 CC Lynch: Wanted to try this place based on the reviews, and had a 20% off coupon. Wasnt able to sit and get a pedicure with my mom and sister due to being short staffed. So I got my manicure. The guy didnt finish taking off my previous work done on my nails, nails are extremely crooked and I left with glue all over my hands. My mom just wanted a clear coat that they charged me $25 for and they didnt even shape her nails! Went to pay out, totally disappointed with the job done. Mind you I still left a tip and the lady told me that the tip wasnt enough. That they all 3 shared the tip. I was in shock. $15 on $120 isnt 20% but look at our nails. Ridiculous! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. EVER! Mind you nothing was 20% off, its just something to get you through the door.

1 /5 Brenda Cantu: I got shellac on my hands.. it barley lasted ONE week. Also I got a pedicure and the girl there made me bleed a lot… that’s not safe at all! After my pedicure she stored all the tools away without cleaning them. It looks dirty in there. Never going back what a waste of money..

5 /5 Alexis Marie: Kim was amazing! She did a wonderful job on my nails for my upcoming vacation. I came in about an hour and a half before close and they took me no problem. I had never been to this nail salon before. I highly recommend them! I will be back here again. I believe Judy is the name of the nail tech that did my pedicure. She was amazing as well. She was very attentive and thorough with my pedicure which I appreciated!

Nancy messed up my cuticles using only lotion and a very bad manicure throughout the experience. The other older lady always did a great job on my manicures.... If I go back it will be for that kind of manicure.

Jane: They did a terrible job. They chipped the same night, she left polish on my skin. Parts of my nails didnt even have polish on them. I went back and asked them to fix it, they said no because the woman who did my nails wasnt there. You should honor the work done in your salon, someone else should have fixed them for me. Very disappointed. I would not reccomend this salon at all. I should get a refund, but they wont do that either. Poor customer service, poor way to run a business. I will never go back.

When calling and trying to resolve the issue they acted clueless to who I was or what they had done. They then put me off for 4 days saying to call back when a manager was there . I will never again go there . To top it off they took FOREVER to get my pedicure done since the lady wanted to get up and down to make drinks, cash people out, and look at others nails . Very unhappy, very unsettling, and very unprofessional. This company and the people are thieves .

They only touched up the polish & ignored how bad the actual pedicure looked like. I was told I could come back. No one there was authorized to refund or at least give me credit to come back and let them try again.
