5 /5 Debbie Scheps: During the migration back to WI.from AZ.yes, we are snowbirds. We had the pleasure of stopping at this Car quest location in Dalhart TX. Not by choice but by circumstances. Both of our truck batteries needed replaced. We didnt have jumper cables. The booster pac we had was expired as well. My husband reluctantly entered the store thinking that it wouldnt have any big batteries for our truck. He was immediately met at the door with a big "HELLO what can we help you with today?" He asked about the batteries, cables, and booster pac. This location had all three. They paid us to recycle the dead batteries also. He was checking out when Joseph said that hed replace the batteries for us. Ceasar asked him what tools he was gonna use and Joseph replied I have some in my car. Joseph went to work replacing the batteries BEFORE Ken finished checking out with the other purchased items. Ceasar also came outside to help. We were back on the road within 35 minutes of stopping there. Neither one of these young men would take a tip stating ITS WHAT WE DO HERE! THIS WORLD definitely needs more Ceasars and Josephs! Their kindness, compassion, and respect they showed us reflects not only their place of employment, but their character as well.
