I have never been in a position where I had to take a car to have body work done.....So I was unsure on how to go about any of it. Josh at Beecher Body Shop made everything very simple. He answered any questions I had. After he took on the job I didnt have to deal with any insurance issues, he took care of it all. I have to say that Beecher Body Shop turned a stressful situation, into a stress free experience.

5 /5 Brandon Baecker: Absolutely amazing customer service. When my girlfriends vehicle was smashed by an aggressive driver while we were traveling through Dalhart, and 5+ hours from home, Josh went above and beyond to help us out. Despite being closed, he met us at the shop on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to receive the vehicle and key, then took us, my dog, and all of our gear to a local hotel. Hes been extremely communicative and responsive throughout the entire process as we deal with insurance and figure out next steps. I will update my review once everything is completed, but so far I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and assistance that has been provided to us through what was a traumatic and difficult experience.
