5 /5 Denise Willems: This was the second time I have taken my vehicle to be serviced at Cambridge. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by name by Jake. He remembered me even though it had been several months since I had been there. Jake provides outstanding customer service! He very patiently described what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. Not only did he keep up with the progress of the repairs to my car he made sure I was taken care of, too. He arranged for me to pick up a rental car and had someone drive me to their location. Jake made sure to contact me with updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Jake is one of the main reasons I return to Cambridge! His customer service is outstanding.

1 /5 Luther DeHaven: My review of an inordinately expensive timing chain replacement in a 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X will be posted shortly. I want to have it vetted by lawyers first to make sure it cannot be taken down. But I will say this, Im done doing business with this guy. Read all my other reviews because what I went through with this crew takes the cake. I am going from writing this to exploring what formal complaint channels I can exercise through Costco. Misplaced trust only scratches the surface.

5 /5 bvillarreal22: I have brought at least 5 different vehicles here to get fixed and they have always delivered. From Chrysler 300 to Honda CR-V, My Ford Fusion has been repaired three different times here. They refused to let my vehicle be a loss and got me back on the road this most recent time. Awesome shop and extremely friendly staff.

5 /5 Art Guy: Very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of Cambridge. As an "old-school" guy, I still have a difficult time with the cost of oil and filter change, however, perhaps Im behind the times. Other than that, if they could raise the temperature of their San Antonio waiting room, it would no longer be necessary to wear a parka while awaiting service to be completed. Will definitely return in the future for other maintenance or repairs.

5 /5 Mari: Terry and his crew were awesome and quick. Came in to get a dent pulled back out and Frankie did the job quick and easy. Great service and friendly staff. Would definitely come back again and recommend others to this service shop! Thank you Terry
