From my initial visit to explain my problem, to the VERY detailed diagnostic report emailed to me, and the quick turnaround, I was 100% satisfied. Top all of this off with some really friendly service, and Im not worried about where Ill take my car next time it needs servicing! If you need a great mechanic shop, this is the place to go!

This shop was able to find the problem and best of all they worked with my warranty. When I picked up my vehicle, they showed me where the problem was and what was fixed. When I went to pick it up they charged me $100 LESS than what they quoted me over the phone! They work great with college students like myself and explain everything really well. J P It is extremely difficult nowadays to find an honest and experienced mechanic shop that takes their time to make sure they do their best to diagnose and fix the problem correctly, while giving you options. Ken and Nancy were amazing !! Our jeep had an upper oil pan leak, among other things, because the prior shop we used were neglectful and used the wrong parts. Ken and his team showed us what was done incorrectly and documented their work from start to finish. DO NOT waste your money with anyone else. This shop is legit and you wont be disappointed. Lisa Creighton My car messed up on the way home from work on Friday night. I called early Saturday morning and spoke to Jesse. He came over and ran diagnostics on my car. I needed a new coil pack. Jesse went up to the auto parts store and picked up the part brought it back put it on my car. Price was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the speed and knowledge that Jesse had. I am not sure if Ive ever been treated that good in an auto garage. I will definitely use Jesse again.

mildly inconvenienced Autobahn was recommended to me after another shop tried to charge me for 14 hours of labor at dealership rates for a job that should realistically take 7 hours. When I received Autobahn’s estimate, their numbers made sense and aligned with my own research. They completed the work the same afternoon and even went above and beyond by being honest about a part that didn’t actually need replacing, something the other shop wasn’t transparent about.

Raul Rosales Initially purchased a used Mini with what I assumed was minor issues. To my surprise it was more than I anticipated and I am grateful for an honest diagnostic findings. Aside from repairs required the overall assessment was more than I had anticipated saving me a lot of time and money. Chris Zep Amazing service with a smile. After having my vehicle at a different repair facility for over a week, it never being completed nor repaired properly and almost ruined , I decided to take it to Goose Automotive on Bandera. They were able to fix the damage the other shop had done and fix the car properly in two days!!! Impressive!! Excellent customer service in the front office by Joseph and excellent craftsmanship on the floor by Jake. This shop is highly recommendable and I am extremely satisfied and at peace now having the car repaired properly and on a superb timely manner. Thank you Goose Automotive

Danny Crisp This is one of those mechanic shops that take advantage ,cause damage and give shops a bad rep. I guess I messed up by letting them know I was here on vacation and obviously I have to drive home, they definitely charged me accordingly. No moral integrity within the shop. 4 lower ball joint bolts connected to the knuckle needed replaced, one needed drilled out and tapped for threads. Almost $500 dollars for this, this was even WITHOUT a diagnostic fee as no diagnosis was needed. I was quoted $427 for 4 bolts and 1 retapped. To keep on about terrible prices when it was time to pay they wanted to charge me $580 and some change. I reiterated to the man that they quoted me around $400 and had some back and forth with them. After a little typing on his computer he said that “he must have made a mistake” and granted a different quote of $470. Absolutely careless and not even the first sign of trying to steal my money. Of course there were attempts at up-charges, I declined all. This part may be subject to opinion as I do almost all of my own work and am not familiar with shop prices. Though they did absolutely obliterate my upper control arm for no reason as well as damage to my spindle. It is not nessesary at all whatsoever to remove the upper ball joint to remove the lower. So the structural strength of upper arm is compromised completely (pic attached) but of course no compensation even after admitting they caused the damage. On top of the damage and gouging on price, I overheard the staff making disrespectful remarks about myself and another older gentleman before they noticed I was there. There was also very little communication from them about the whole process I had to initiate every conversation and update. Just not a good face for a business. I wish that was the last thing but to finish it off they are either incompetent or lazy mechanics. They left the main lower nut of my lower ball joint completely loose when all you have to do is hold the top of the bolts head still while you tighten bottom nut. I had to take my truck to a different shop the next day and get this fixed. Overall a terrible experience, I cant imagine how many folks they do this to on a regular basis. I would not recommend this shop at all. UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL AND SABOTEUR

My most recent experience pre-2023 has been poor. 2 out of the 6 issues were caused by incomplete services. However, under new ownership with Dan and service specialist Mike, I have a lot more confidence that they will do right. I hope to continue using this location.

Paul Hohne I have used Meineke for most of my automotive repairs. I had my brake light not working, they replaced the bulbs, with no cost for labor, although l gave the repairman a big tip for his friendly service. Just recently my AC was not working so I headed to Meineke. They fixed it, gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was repaired at no cost. I had no ides that it was covered by a warranty when I had brakes, tuneup, and AC repaired 4 months ago. The service is friendly and honest.

Dunamis Proz Mario’s customer service both in person and over the phone was great. I called in for a quote. The day of the quote I was able to walk my SUV in. No appointment necessary. They provided me an Uber to get home, and back if needed. My vehicle was running sluggish and it’s now running on all cylinders. The most impressive was the staff was cool with talking shop talk about classic cars with an older woman like me. I like their thinking. Paraphrasing: When we properly maintenance our vehicles, they don’t get worse with age, they perform like new. I believe that, and I believe they are intentional about building customer relationships. It’s a distance but I’ll take my car back to Sun’s, for both their skills and the service experience.

Denise Willems This was the second time I have taken my vehicle to be serviced at Cambridge. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by name by Jake. He remembered me even though it had been several months since I had been there. Jake provides outstanding customer service! He very patiently described what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. Not only did he keep up with the progress of the repairs to my car he made sure I was taken care of, too. He arranged for me to pick up a rental car and had someone drive me to their location. Jake made sure to contact me with updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Jake is one of the main reasons I return to Cambridge! His customer service is outstanding.

Luther DeHaven My review of an inordinately expensive timing chain replacement in a 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X will be posted shortly. I want to have it vetted by lawyers first to make sure it cannot be taken down. But I will say this, Im done doing business with this guy. Read all my other reviews because what I went through with this crew takes the cake. I am going from writing this to exploring what formal complaint channels I can exercise through Costco. Misplaced trust only scratches the surface.

Jeanette Hill was having an issue with my car misfiring, which is usually because of the coils and spark plugs but when i went to go change i saw there was oil where the coils go. took it to this shop and they said they couldn’t see the leak which was insane because it was everywhere when i got it back you could literally see the oil and where it was leaking from but they kept saying they didn’t see it. dropped my car off 6/9 didn’t get it back till 6/25 with absolutely nothing done to it because all they wanted to do was change the coils but that wouldn’t have fixed what was making the fail. ended up fixing it all myself for what just the inspection costed ($200) all in one day. in the almost 3 weeks they had my car they only called me once besides the initial quote i had to keep calling them for updates, the first time the lady said she would call me back to update me and never did. horrible experience i wouldn’t recommend.

K B I had a really good experience. Eleazar, the manager, is so nice and easy to work with. I understood exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle, cost, and urgency. They truly went above and beyond. The other employees I interacted with were also great. I greatly appreciate the owner offers a military discount as well. Having a shuttle is fantastic as that is often my biggest headache when taking my vehicle in for repairs. I will be back for other repairs on my vehicle. Availability seemed good and my repair was done quickly. Thanks for the great service.

They took care of the repair in great timing and I even got a discount in the end as I had forgot my coupon at home.
