Emily Rolen I never leave reviews but Doc was a life saver!!! We were on our way out of town from Austin when our car started making strange noises. A part previously fixed was installed incorrectly, and Doc squeezed us in at the last minute to get us back on the road safely. Doc and his team are not only quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, but also lovely people willing to help. We can’t recommend this shop enough!!! Thank you Doc!!!!!!

Thomas Kule Dont even waste your time or money anywhere else! For meticulous and honest auto repair you cant beat Docs. David, the mechanic was thorough and honest while fixing my truck. He old have told me anything and charged me more but he didnt and fixed my truck quickly and at an excellent price. Thank you so much!!! If I need any other auto service, I will definitely go to Dovs again. Highly recommend.

Rick Porter Our Mazda SUV had picked up a screw in a rear tire, which was quite close to the edge of the tread. I was concerned the tire might need to be replaced, but Mica was easily able to fix it at a very reasonable price in less than 2 hours. Great service, excellent repair which saved us replacing a nearly-new tire.

Denise Willems This was the second time I have taken my vehicle to be serviced at Cambridge. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by name by Jake. He remembered me even though it had been several months since I had been there. Jake provides outstanding customer service! He very patiently described what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. Not only did he keep up with the progress of the repairs to my car he made sure I was taken care of, too. He arranged for me to pick up a rental car and had someone drive me to their location. Jake made sure to contact me with updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Jake is one of the main reasons I return to Cambridge! His customer service is outstanding.

Luther DeHaven My review of an inordinately expensive timing chain replacement in a 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X will be posted shortly. I want to have it vetted by lawyers first to make sure it cannot be taken down. But I will say this, Im done doing business with this guy. Read all my other reviews because what I went through with this crew takes the cake. I am going from writing this to exploring what formal complaint channels I can exercise through Costco. Misplaced trust only scratches the surface.

Cheryl W Simply the best. We were visiting in Fredericksburg and the car ran out of coolant in 100 degree weather. Andy told us to come right over and he would work us in. Within an hour we were on our way! Cool car and at a great price. Highly, highly recommend!

Kathryn Loeffler Outstanding service and next time my 100K+ car needs a repair Ill be taking it straight back to Felipe and the good folks at Quality. First off, I thought my car needed a much more expensive repair. Felipe correctly diagnosed what was actually wrong with my car and was honest with me that it needed a repair that was 1/3 of the price I was expecting to pay for. What I thought was wrong with my car. Goes to show. I dont know nearly enough to diagnose my own car from talking to Google. Felipe is a true professional and honest to boot. I was expecting it would take several weeks to fix my car as everything seems to take so long these days but to my total shock and delight my car was ready in 3 days!!! From start to finish their shop was honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They also gave me a quote before I even brought my car in and that was the price I paid. Paid. I appreciate that they only use dealer parts for my particular repair so I can be confident that the part wont go out in the future and that I can feel safe on the road. All in all. Cant recommend this car shop enough and highly recommend if your car is in need of repair that you give them a call. Thanks again Felipe, your shop is a great service to the community.

West TEXAS Drone Guy Wish there were 10stars for this business. Patrick and his wife opened up on 4th of July to help us out. We had broken lugs on one of wheels and were basically stuck. While Patrick was working on our vehicle he took us into town so we could get some food since we had only been able to eat snack food that we had packed for our vacation. There needs to be more business owners like these guys top notch customer service and genuine good small town people.

SytesSteal UrData Randals helped me Tremendously when I was on a cross-country trip before Easter, in a Blue 92 Jeep XJ I had just bought. They made the whole thing a breeze! At 4 p.m., it started making a noise so I pulled into Randals Automotive. Nick Randal looked at it immediately but couldnt find the source and had commitments for end of that day. I asked if I brought it in the next morning could they work on it. He said yes. Next morning, first thing, David Randal rode with me to listen to it, they put it on a lift, and found the problem. It was a Major failure. The parts were going to take time to get but I had to get home to Georgia. I arranged with a car transport company to haul it to Georgia. Randals co-ordinated with me and the transport company to keep it until the transport man would pick it up, then they gave me a ride to my hotel. They werent going to charge me anything, but where I come from, I always get charged for diagnostics and storage so I gave them payment. After I was long gone, my Jeep was picked up, no hiccups whatsoever. Thanks, Randals! Kate Stamper

Bev Schmaltz We have lived here just over a year and the first time we tried Randals it was because it was close to our house. It turned out to be a great place to get our car repaired. Always on the job that day or the next and have the work done in a timely manner. They are very reasonably priced and do great work. Very friendly.

Jimmy Romas Don’t come here unless you have extra time , extra money and like to deal with careless people !!!! I got stuck because of car defect and they got me really good. Very expensive ( triple charge ) compare to Mercedes dealership . I called Mercedes dealership and asked how much cost to change thermostat and they quote me $718 + 99 part compare to this place charging me over $2,000 ….. Overall very Careless , took over one week to change thermostat, even though they know I have family with me ( wife and 3 kids visiting Fredericksburg ) , they don’t care about it and they try to keep me there during the repair process for over 10 days .

At Chassis By Zach, where I had to leave my BMW for repairs during a road trip, I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism, integrity and diligence of the entire staff. Called when they opened Monday and they came out to the parking lot where the vehicle was and fixed it just a few hours later where it sat. Got us on the road back home faster than we thought possible. Excellent customer service, extremely reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend.

John Mead Got my suv worked on here. After a lot of contemplating and research about a very screwy incident between this shop and the insurance. I’ve learned that Tina really did everything she could to give me grade A service. If you’re reading this. Don’t bother with progressive insurance. They’re really mess with you. Just come here with a different company of insurance.

Laurie Franklin Hands down the best windshield repair in town! James is efficient, fast, and trustworthy. He has repaired/replaced four vehicles for me in a timely manner, even helped my mother with another car issue while he was replacing her windshield . I would 1000% recommend him.

Noah Sullivan Needed my brakes looked at, first shop I visited in town told me it’d be a week before they could get to me. I saw this shop from a red light on my way to the next brake shop and decided to just pull in to see. Not a very talkative crew, but they IMMEDIATELY inspected my brakes and found they looked fine. Maybe what I was hearing was dust or moisture? My words, not theirs. But he warned me about my tires. I should’ve bought them back home, but I decided to get it taken care of before the ice/rain set in for the weekend. Also, he could’ve hit me for a brake job and didn’t, so…They ordered me up a set of tires and told me to come back later in the day…I asked if tomorrow am would work and they literally went to work on it the second they walked through the door the next morning. Gotta be honest, this wasn’t my first choice based on reviews. But when in from out of town and needing someone to be honest about what’s needed, I felt these guys could be trusted. As far as cars go, the issue can appear to be one thing and end up being something else, but I think these guys will shoot you straight. They were able to attack my job quickly, which was a plus considering the timeline at the other shop. If you have a bad experience, please post to offset my review, but as for me…I would recommend this shop to time desperate travelers.

Ilce Maldonado I got my oil change done here and this is what happened to my car when I got home. I realized when my husband left in the car, I go outside and see this on our driveway. The filter and the oil. I call my husband right away and he was already telling me the car was marking him to pull the car over. He had to leave the car on the side of the road until next day when we went to VP to make the claim. They also did not clean the oil on our driveway after they said they would. My car could’ve exploded or the engine could’ve stopped working. Do not recommend going here. This isn’t the first time they have done this.
