Emily Rolen I never leave reviews but Doc was a life saver!!! We were on our way out of town from Austin when our car started making strange noises. A part previously fixed was installed incorrectly, and Doc squeezed us in at the last minute to get us back on the road safely. Doc and his team are not only quick, efficient, and knowledgeable, but also lovely people willing to help. We can’t recommend this shop enough!!! Thank you Doc!!!!!!

He old have told me anything and charged me more but he didnt and fixed my truck quickly and at an excellent price. Thank you so much!!! McDunnden Communications They serviced a truck we bought, before we bought it when it was owned by the previous owner. We saw they had worked on the truck when we got a Car Fax. After we purchased it, we reached out and asked all kinds of questions about what had been done to the truck and when. Josh at Docs was more than helpful and the information helped my teenage son save a ton of money on unneeded services for his first vehicle. Its been more than a year and everytime I reach out to Docs they are helpful and friendly and they end up giving us info so we purchase only services we need. If we didnt live in ATX, wed definitely be taking our cars and trucks to Docs.

Rick Porter Our Mazda SUV had picked up a screw in a rear tire, which was quite close to the edge of the tread. I was concerned the tire might need to be replaced, but Mica was easily able to fix it at a very reasonable price in less than 2 hours. Great service, excellent repair which saved us replacing a nearly-new tire.

This is the FIRST time in my life I was not sold a new tire for what would of been a patch up. I really appreciated the service. As a side note; they offer roadside assistance. Thank you so much!!!!

Denise Willems This was the second time I have taken my vehicle to be serviced at Cambridge. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by name by Jake. He remembered me even though it had been several months since I had been there. Jake provides outstanding customer service! He very patiently described what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. Not only did he keep up with the progress of the repairs to my car he made sure I was taken care of, too. He arranged for me to pick up a rental car and had someone drive me to their location. Jake made sure to contact me with updates on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle. Jake is one of the main reasons I return to Cambridge! His customer service is outstanding.

Luther DeHaven My review of an inordinately expensive timing chain replacement in a 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro-4X will be posted shortly. I want to have it vetted by lawyers first to make sure it cannot be taken down. But I will say this, Im done doing business with this guy. Read all my other reviews because what I went through with this crew takes the cake. I am going from writing this to exploring what formal complaint channels I can exercise through Costco. Misplaced trust only scratches the surface.

First off, I thought my car needed a much more expensive repair. Felipe correctly diagnosed what was actually wrong with my car and was honest with me that it needed a repair that was 1/3 of the price I was expecting to pay for. What I thought was wrong with my car. Goes to show. I dont know nearly enough to diagnose my own car from talking to Google. Felipe is a true professional and honest to boot. I was expecting it would take several weeks to fix my car as everything seems to take so long these days but to my total shock and delight my car was ready in 3 days!!! From start to finish their shop was honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They also gave me a quote before I even brought my car in and that was the price I paid. Paid. I appreciate that they only use dealer parts for my particular repair so I can be confident that the part wont go out in the future and that I can feel safe on the road. All in all. Anita Reed On a long road trip from San Antonio to Flagstaff, the fan in my friend’s car would not shut off when the motor was off. Worried about overheating, we stopped here. They got us in immediately and ran a diagnostics. As two 70-ish women traveling alone, we were worried about scam repairs. But this nice man took the time to fully explain and say he was seeing nothing that warranted repair. Explained what was happening and what to do if it happened again. We appreciated his friendly attitude and honesty. She made it to Arizona with no more problems, just like he said!

West TEXAS Drone Guy Wish there were 10stars for this business. Patrick and his wife opened up on 4th of July to help us out. We had broken lugs on one of wheels and were basically stuck. While Patrick was working on our vehicle he took us into town so we could get some food since we had only been able to eat snack food that we had packed for our vacation. There needs to be more business owners like these guys top notch customer service and genuine good small town people.

SytesSteal UrData Randals helped me Tremendously when I was on a cross-country trip before Easter, in a Blue 92 Jeep XJ I had just bought. They made the whole thing a breeze! At 4 p.m., it started making a noise so I pulled into Randals Automotive. Nick Randal looked at it immediately but couldnt find the source and had commitments for end of that day. I asked if I brought it in the next morning could they work on it. He said yes. Next morning, first thing, David Randal rode with me to listen to it, they put it on a lift, and found the problem. It was a Major failure. The parts were going to take time to get but I had to get home to Georgia. I arranged with a car transport company to haul it to Georgia. Randals co-ordinated with me and the transport company to keep it until the transport man would pick it up, then they gave me a ride to my hotel. They werent going to charge me anything, but where I come from, I always get charged for diagnostics and storage so I gave them payment. After I was long gone, my Jeep was picked up, no hiccups whatsoever. Thanks, Randals! Kate Stamper

Always on the job that day or the next and have the work done in a timely manner. They are very reasonably priced and do great work. Very friendly.

Friday afternoon, staff at Randal’s said to bring it in.. very least they could do before Monday was read the codes and get an idea of the issue. Not only did the owner/staff find and fix the issue same day, they opened their hearts and gave us a full hook up and use of a car until ours was fixed. Kudos to owner, David Randal our Angel, and knowledgeable staff for a job well done! Highly recommend this auto shop!!

Jimmy Romas Don’t come here unless you have extra time , extra money and like to deal with careless people !!!! I got stuck because of car defect and they got me really good. Very expensive ( triple charge ) compare to Mercedes dealership . I called Mercedes dealership and asked how much cost to change thermostat and they quote me $718 + 99 part compare to this place charging me over $2,000 ….. Overall very Careless , took over one week to change thermostat, even though they know I have family with me ( wife and 3 kids visiting Fredericksburg ) , they don’t care about it and they try to keep me there during the repair process for over 10 days .

Mitch Macomber Went to Fredricksburg to camp with a group for the weekend. As soon as I got camper set something went wrong with truck. Called around Friday morning to see if any shop could look at that day, the only ones that would help me was Zach. We were going to tow truck to their shop, but he said no, Ill have someone there in a couple of hours to check it out!(First sign of great customer service). Once Charlie arrived, the diagnosis was not good, miss-fires on #3 & #4. Next they come back with their flatbed and tow to their shop. Over the course of the next week they were able to work my truck in and diagnose problem. Karen is a gem and very knowledgeable of their industry. She talked me through step by step issues and results to every last detail. They were able to fix problem and then worked with me on getting truck back. So as I didnt have to take time off work, we coordinated a pick-up after hours. The whole group of people here are very thorough in all they do and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. If only they werent 3 hours away Id be using them for any and all auto services. If you are in that area I highly recommend their services.

Called when they opened Monday and they came out to the parking lot where the vehicle was and fixed it just a few hours later where it sat. I’ve learned that Tina really did everything she could to give me grade A service. If you’re reading this. Don’t bother with progressive insurance. They’re really mess with you. Just come here with a different company of insurance.
