1 /5 Bobby Singletary: I cannot recommend this doctor. He does not pay attention to what he tells you or what you tell him. His office ordered a CT for a non essential item that I didnt want instead of what I went to see him about. When they got around to ordering that CT, it was changed from what we discussed in his office without notifying me. I refused the CT. A couple of months later I called to get a maintenance med changed from monthly to 3 months and mentioned the CT mix-up. He called me back about 6 hours later very put out about me mentioning the CT foul up and didnt believed he owed me an apology or anything for the waste of my time. He stated that since my expectations we so high that I should find another doctor. No problem, that was the best advice he has given me so far. If you expect your doctor do listen to you and do what he says, I recommend a different doctor than this one.

5 /5 Bertha Araceli Castro-Baez: Update, Dr. Bryan Davis office has a wonderful nurse/assistant/receptionist/office manger, I don’t know her title however she’s helped me in all aspects! Her name is Yuri, she’s so kind, patient, and understanding! She goes above and beyond, and I hope you are the Office Manager because she has excellent customer service skills. Bryan Davis has definitely improved his office with this new addition! I still live in Houston but prefer Bryan Bc of Yuri and service ! I just moved to Houston, and Dr. Bryan Davis, is one of the doctors I miss so much. He was very attentive, sympathetic, humble, and comforting! He actually listens to you and your concerns no matter how long it takes! He’s definitely one of the fewest doctors left that are not all about the money and all about your health and well being! I will recommend him for patients of all ages! You will love him!! God bless him and his practice!

5 /5 Audra Stinson: We love this place! Everyone here is so kind. It is like "old school" medicine where they treat people like family and everyone in the waiting room converses with one another. And although we havent ever been seen by Dr. Davis (so I cant personally vouch for him), we have been seen, multiple times, by Jennings (the NP). Jennings is such a pro. He is so intentional in what he does and really wants to help the patient. He is also mindful of a persons insurance and/or self pay budget.

Connie Scroggins: Got to the ER at 5pm. There were several people there but they took me right back and expedited a bunch of tests. We were done with tests in about an hour (blood, urine, CTx2, EKG and X-rays.) Then we waited for two hours for the test results to be delivered to the doctor and then 6 more hours before the Dr came in to talk to me. People came and went and we were still there. The nurses all told us separately that Dr Ferguson “goes on his own time.” So 6 hours we wasted just waiting for him. Stephanie, the nurse was phenomenal!! I could have driven to Houston, seen the dr and been back home….. TWICE. Next time I will know.

Don Cotten: I have unfortunately had to be in the hospital a number of times over the last four years. Baylor Scott and White has gone out of their way to look out for my every need. The nurses, the techs, and each and everyone who entered my room went above and beyond to see that my every need was met and the nurses learned that I liked the coffee they had at the nurses station and kept me supplied with hot coffee. It is by far the most caring hospital I have ever been in.

Mathew Tammen: This Dr. has a “policy” of not calling family members if they are out of town and an older family member is in one of the facilities he covers. His bedside manner is awful and you can absolutely tell that you are only a number when dealing with him. If I had any choice whatsoever with the doctor assigned to my father while in a rehab hospital I would never choose this man or his staff. Absolute joke.

Jay M.: Excellent care from start to finish. Registration was quick and easy. Once checked in, the nurses were very friendly and professional. I was there for a colonoscopy. Everyones least favorite procedure. (I think) The entire experience was quick and painless. Dr. Gonzalez made me feel at ease throughout. Hes such a professional. In summary, the entire team at Lavaca Medical Center made the day a positive experience.

Audrey Urrutia: Dr. Becker, Cassie, Ann and the ICU staff were so phenomenal during my husbands stay here at UT Health Jacksonville. Every nursing staff explained in detail what was going on and made sure we understand. Not only did they make sure he was well taking care of they made sure I too as a guest had everything I needed. They are very efficient. The food is Tasty and Nourishing. The Hospital is clean and Tidy. The people are kind and understanding. As well as polite and all , I feel, are good at their respective jobs. They have made me feel like a Princess .

Lexi Armendarez: This has been the best hospital Ive been to. With an autoimmune its hard to find doctors who listen. The others try to give me pain meds but the doctors here try to find the root of my problem and do different testings. I drive an hour to go here. Staff is always considerate and understanding with what Im going through. Last time I was admitted and they brought me Tylenol and a heating pad because thats what I prefer. They checked throughout my stay. I feel seen and heard here. I send people who are sick in my hometown over here if they need to go. They have excellent doctors and caring staff. I am very grateful for this hospital and all the staff. Ive been going here for 2 years and will continue to visit if I have any issues. They have been the best hospital I have been to

Ruthl3ss B3auty: Update: Ms. Roni and the clinical administrator contacted me, answered every question and even told me if I needed to come back I could. The follow up was great and they made me feel like my toddler was their family member and wanted to do whatever to make sure everything was addressed. I brought my toddler to Beaumont Emergency Hospital yesterday around noon. Earlier this week, we were told she has strep and given amoxicillin. 3 days later, persistent fever and complaints of neck pain, I picked this place over an urgent care just in case we needed XRays etc and over Baptist to avoid the long wait. We are private pay, called before arrival and was given a quote of $350, this amount was okay for a piece of mind. Arrived, informed of recommendations, the total was $650 for an assessment, in house labs/swabs/xray (which was still okay for a piece of mind, advertised short wait times and kids being VIP). We experienced a longer than expected wait but kind receptionists, nurses and experienced physician.
