I appreciate the clinics prompt attention once I was in a room and medical care, including X-rays, blood work, and medications, which helped my dog recover significantly (but still not 100%)
However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up. Having owned dogs for years, Im accustomed to receiving post-visit calls, especially after illnesses and treatment. A simple call, email, or text inquiring about my dogs recovery would have made a tremendous difference, providing reassurance and demonstrating genuine care.
While I seldom write reviews, the absence of communication, especially when my dog isnt fully recovered a month later and considering the substantial cost of $700, felt noteworthy. I did value the attentive listening and thorough explanation of the tests and results during the visit. My hope is that this feedback encourages a more proactive approach to post-treatment care. A follow-up can truly enhance the overall experience, offering peace of mind to pet owners
