5 /5 wayne gregory: Had a terrible flapping noise in my 2018 Hilander. Like something was about to break loose at highway speeds. Toyota dealership couldnt hear it, couldnt find it. Bearden quickly saw it was the roof rack, but they couldnt repair it. I took it the next day back to the dealership, told them exactly the problem that Bearden diagnosed, and it was fixed within an hour. I tried to pay Bearden for their very valuable help, but they refused payment. These are pretty good guys.

Took it to Bearden to get the AC compressor replaced and turns out I never needed the compressor replaced in the first place. Refrigerant is recharged and AC unit is working great. New customer for life! Thanks Bearden!

Maxie Garcia: Ive been to Daves for routine maintenance and liked them a lot for that. When my car started having acceleration issues, they were the first place I chose to call because of this. I spoke to someone at first and got their diagnostics price. With the tow I would be spending close to $400 just to get the car looked at. I dont mind doing that, but I need to know how much to put away in addition so Im not just stuck at the shop having to either store the car there or get it towed back home. When I called with a little more information to ask how much a specific repair would cost, I was told I was wasting their time and theyre too busy to drop what theyre doing and give phone estimates. I felt talked down to and brushed off as if I was just being an annoyance. Im just trying my best to make an informed decision before I drop hundreds of dollars. Please be more considerate of potential and returning customers. I went from yall being the first shop I thought of to not wanting to talk to anyone there again to avoid being scolded like a child.

Hank, the owner, always greets me when I come in and we discuss what work needs to be done. After the shop gets started with my car, Hank always calls me to re confirm what will be done, including options and cost estimates. When the work is complete, Hank goes over what was done and answers my questions. The work is always done in a timely fashion, with no big surprises. Ive always been satisfied with the work.
